rap music playing:

from urban life to hip hop and sports and everything in between. This is a podcast inspired by and for the culture Episode 38 cops shot the kid

Jeff:

yo Welcome to Episode 38 of the koecher what's going on I'm good man a little bit later than usual but be I mean we're gonna start things off by saying rest in peace to black Rob like Damn man. I was just talking about him the other day I was telling you that you remember video was circulating online and he looked sick as hell. And he said he was good he said he was good he ain't look good though. But then you know in the video he's like you know giving a shout out to x whatever so x dies right after Prince Philip's died right.

Anthony:

Dawson aged three

Jeff:

and then I hit you up I'm like Yo, cuz I don't like Jackson but I always know that Deaf comes in threes. And I remember texting you like yo I wonder who's gonna be the third

Anthony:

I wonder if that's like a like a people of color kind of thing. No cuz Prince Philip's is one of the three No no, no, no, I don't mean like that. Like I don't really hear why people talking about it like that. No, he's like daddy daddy. No, but it seems to always be true you know? I mean by people like Oh, he died Oh, two more people come in like damn Jesus Christ like this is how it goes. So when x

Jeff:

died I was like shit that's to this week. I wonder who's gonna be the third and then you know now Rob is damn and again I'm not gonna say that just because he passed but you know how I feel about black Rob's life story album

Anthony:

and you do know how everything is my favorite album you

Jeff:

could go back and listen to all the old episodes and like I had acts as my favorite album of all time that dark as hell is hot and lifestory which is black Rob's debut album is to me is one of my favorite albums also like up and down I can listen to the whole shit so just tragedy like Did they say what he died or was a cancer I

Anthony:

think some would his kidneys shit man someone's kidneys by the pulling right on backup right now

Jeff:

that's what he said. I said he looked at real bad in a video that I've seen online he looked skinny as hell he was in a hospital bed

Anthony:

and he didn't he didn't look well look well at all disappointed this cracks me up is like people to start questioning you know and this the second time I heard that she didn't wish people would not finish it off by people said eggs died because he took the vaccine. I heard that and then but like Rob duck took the start. I heard that.

Jeff:

But there's rumors going around to x died of COVID to

Anthony:

people stop that. I know but that's we just had the whole conspiracy thing man. Like, I'm like that man.

Jeff:

Yeah, like I feel like every time everybody can die of COVID like that's the we can't blame everything on COVID at this point. It seems like everybody that dies is a COVID

Anthony:

and the thing is like, what I kind of dislike about that is that you're not really given like their family like the proper due respect. Like you just thrown some shit out there like oh, this is why he died. This is why you shouldn't take it like nobody gives a fuck about you man like this is their family grieving. So how to out the blue. You're just like, you know, he died because he took because he had COVID Oh, he died because he took them took the vaccine. The vaccines will stop you from dying. So I don't know what you're talking about there. And the COVID thing I generally get censored about because hell I died from it but I don't want anyone else to expire from that and most time when that comes it's kind of a long term process. Like I said the thing will actually is kind of happen out of the blue I mean rest and peace to him and the recipes to black Rob, but people got to stop this conspiracy shit seriously. Like we're trying to get back to a better place in this world and trying to get back to whatever normal it might be if people keep saying things like that. And that given their family, its proper space and due respect. The throwing shit out there is stupid because what was the thing DMX before when he died, it was a thing circling around that Jay Z and Beyonce bought his masters gifts with 17 children. Yeah. And that ended up being false. But like, Why do why do people are so desperate to have their names that they have clout and shit like that, like, his family's grieving? Like let them figure out the process and all the other things like that to mix them? I mean, talking about Jay Z and Beyonce did this to help out his family leads me into a question I have for you about Black Rock. Is it up to the rich, or the more successful entertainers, rappers, whoever to take care of those who might not have been so financially feasible because apparent like Rob has been dealing with illnesses and he's been dealing with homelessness at the same time. Yeah. So it's so is it is it is it Diddy's place to have all these people on his roster, and at a time probably made them fairly successful and fairly wealthy, not extremely wealthy like him, but enough to do some things? That if their life turns into a different direction? Is it their job? to take care of them? Oh, no. That was I was gonna ask you this before but I wanted to be, I don't want to I don't want to lead you into it. Because then back to back, it was first phone fleck jumping on the air talking about, you know, these people didn't care about x and rock with x and so on, so forth. And now all of a sudden, this comes up and everyone, they don't have their prayers and everything else like that. Black Rob was homeless, it wasn't a new situation. He was what he was. So now all of a sudden, I was not the blue people like they didn't matter Diddy, because I think Diddy this week had a little bit of an issue with I think the Ford Motor Company, saying that, you know, black people should boycott, no boycott this Unless, you know, we get more of a say and so on so forth. But then people popped up means like, you know, you're talking about you know, black equity and black power and so on so forth. And they had a picture like mace and luminary, well fidelity, well, all these niggas got robbed so

Jeff:

we got to do both. I'm trying to say I'm not even gonna blame it all on duty. I mean, he I'm think he's part of the problem. But like hip hop in general, I think we got to do a better job of taking care of our own man like I felt like I said, I said that we you know that they failed. x I said last week, I said hip hop failed x. And I'm gonna say it again they failed Black Rock You know, I'm saying like, you know, when producers like Diddy leave them with nothing they don't own their master they don't you they broke as hell even though they had you know, successful albums and platinum hits and all it is and they broke as hell and homeless. How is Black Rock homeless, bro? How are you part of babbling? you're homeless? That's unacceptable to me. How is big puns family homeless? You know, how is how you know, how is x still suffering from these debt? Like all these questions like this shit is an unacceptable son. And inexcusable to me. Okay, like, I don't know if it's the labels job. Is it? the you know, the other rappers? The producers? I don't know whose job it is to make sure these people okay. But you know, I don't know, maybe they got to do a union I think Noriega has talked about in his podcast, like, hip hop needs some type of union. You know, I'm saying everybody could get together, contribute and take care of those, you know, less fortunate. Because hip hop is still like, like, like the real world, like the 1% is up here, like the Jay Z's and the puff daddy's in the Timberlands, and the Dr. Dre is, they're up there. They're the 1%. And they have everybody else struggling, you know, I'm saying. So maybe the 1% has to step up. And make sure that everybody else is also good. I don't know. I don't know what the answer is.

Anthony:

But I mean, to describe a union means to have members and those members need to pay dues, but if your members ain't got no money, how to how they're going to pay dues, it sounds like you more saying welfare than actual union. Now, you

Jeff:

got to take it from that 1% man, you got to make did he contribute? You got to make j contribute. You got to make nas contribute. You got to make Timberland and Dre contribute, you know, I mean,

Anthony:

I don't think I don't think they should. I don't think they should be the contributing ones. Because like I said, it's bad boy, but bad boys under the umbrella of Sony have right well, they're major

Jeff:

there are the ones that you know, Russell, Russell Simmons. You know, I'm saying Irv Gotti. All the executives, whoever it is, you know,

Anthony:

come together. Right. But they own the label.

Jeff:

They don't own the company, you know, because what's next? We're going to hear that k RS one is homeless. We're going to hit that rock Kim is homeless. Like and these are the forefathers you know, slick, Rick. Like Yeah, but these Fathers will open the door for everybody. So we got to at least make sure that they're good as well. Like they need to be good for life.

Anthony:

I don't I don't I don't think they need to be I think you need to look at them in certain ways, but don't need to be good. I think you need to make sure that they have like proper medical coverage and shit like that. If something happens, but In regards to making $1 I mean, you're still you're talking about care as someone you're not saying

Jeff:

you got to make sure they're rich but like you said, Yeah, make sure that healthy make sure they got some type of health coverage. Make sure they're not homeless. Make sure they at least have a house. They've got to make sure they're healthy. That's it. You know, I

Anthony:

mean, it's only gonna do because you name care restaurant you name Rakim, they are all the acts but they still are out there. They still are, they're performing on the road. Because they have I mean this, right. And they can to could because that's the way that they make their money. So Black Rock want to play Whoa, for 100 days. Right? And they made the money you go ahead and do so. But take care of the health. Yeah, except

Jeff:

except Black Rock probably didn't own any of the masters and ain't know any of the rights to any of his music. Did he probably eat enough every time somebody plays? Well,

Anthony:

then So did he prom, cuz that's what made him like Yo, getting my masters back. And the locks the locks were like, yo, get us out this contract be right, but they got him out of the contract, but like to do lots of fun. They do other things, they branch out a thing, I think what styles he got his juice and everything else like that. All trying some I just felt sad about the situation when people thought of him being homeless, and so on so forth from like, I get it, but I don't think you know, anybody owes anyone anything. Because if they was well off, and they was no ill or died, I'm looking with care. But the fact that you know, it seemed like they were on a verge of poverty. And also these health issues come about like, and then think of the health issue, not a financial issue. But I think it's definitely squared away. I think you lead people in and stuff like that. Especially Diddy. Like, like I said that the irony is him speaking out about, you know, you know, taking Dallas and black people and they pretty much say his whole career is based on that premise. Basically, you jerk in us and you get rich. And now we fucked and you shouldn't have to do that. And like I said, if it should help, you should help. But I don't think anyone should have shamed them into helping because she just did the right thing. I don't know what's going on with that situation. Oh, no, it just sad to hear that. No Black Rod expired that way. And we really don't know what he expired up. So people stop fucking conspiracies,

Jeff:

or this conspiracy monkey on the culture. It is. And you know, you but I don't like that conspiracy.

Anthony:

Buy them black when shit like that fucks me up.

Jeff:

I mean, speaking of conspiracy, we got another interview that we did. And we're gonna drop that one on Wednesday as well. So in a couple of days, BD Erickson. As you know, conspiracy month continues. And my bone that I have with you to pick on, you know, we've had these conspiracy guys the last couple of weeks, and they've been talking about how COVID is fake. And you just talked about how it hits you different, but you've been too quiet, you know, in these previous episodes, and that's my beef with you, you know, I'm saying, like, I noticed you hit u haul. But you don't want to express it, just say it man, like come out and be like, Yo, I think your theory is bullshit almost died from the shit. So Screw you, you know what I mean? Like, let it play, if that's how you feel.

Anthony:

Because what I'm learning is that you try to convince people of something that they feel so hell bent about that they are right. I don't have the time, patience, energy or thought actually to kind of just spew words at them. Because they're going to talk about the same thing. They're going to say it's a hoax, and so on and so forth. And I think the reason you hear that from a lot of people because it hasn't really affected them personally. Like when you have I've never heard someone who's a conspiracy theorist who lost a grandfather, they're on their mother, their sister, close friends, relatives, they stopped talking that she that then as a matter of fact, because they know better, they know better not to talk that around certain people that are practically fucking hidden out there. So they know when the conversations going to happen. They hadn't yet in private, but you're not gonna go to your own funeral. We're only like four people can attend, because they keep them socially distant. And like she didn't die that it was a hoax, you probably just had a bad flu, you might have been in a casket with some shit like that. So I'm going to go on and these sad things, I just let it go. Cuz I'm like, I'm not going to give you that energy because I know what I went through. So I'm sympathetic to people. I'm not going to say what it is or what it is not. I know what I felt. I know what I went through. I know what I felt when my body went cold. I know what my mind went through. I know how it still troubles me to this day. So for me to try to argue with somebody who just doesn't fully understand it like, Oh, I had it, but it was mild. Like it just felt like a bad flu. You know, man, I mean, great. I mean, good for you. And I'm glad that you are able to pull through fine. But a lot of as a discount, half a million people did not. And I was advocating for them and those families, to not try to get in an argument people who are not trying to hear anything that I got to say, because they believe in our hearts of hearts. This didn't happen. This is false. It's the government trying to control us. You know what, you know, the bad part. He had a ship from a lot of Americans if you feel that Americans are trying to control you, and that they're trying to get rid of you and they're trying to put a virus inside of you to like track you for wanting to carry your cell phone around with you everywhere. They've been tracking you go ahead and let that one go. Besides if you don't like what Americans do if you get the fuck out the whole bunch of the country you can go jump on man because everyone everything, everything that they're trying to destroy us. And they are and they're probably doing a pretty good job at it. But the whole thing is like, you create situation like this and you create device for people to talk about and they say like, you know This is fatal, you shouldn't do this, you shouldn't do that. I'm not telling anybody to take the vaccine. I'm not telling anybody not to take the vaccine, when I'm telling them, that they should do what they think is best for them, and what is best for their family, and keep that to themselves. Don't tell me what you think is best for me because you don't live in my life. Because I won't tell you the same thing. So you can't tell somebody that something's fake. You can't tell somebody that this is not real, especially to those who have experienced it. I've gone through it. Like I said, not even those who have actually contract the virus but no people like they their father's friend died or their mother's close co working to like I work I work in an office where on my floor alone, four people have died from it. So I feel sympathetic towards I feel sorry about it. And I feel bad about everything that's happened. And I know people would have gone through that in my office and they're still like, I'm not taking the vaccine and always tell them I understand Oh, that's your choice. You have to do what you feel is best for you. If you think that's what's going to work cool. If you don't, that's fine too. But don't put these things upon people don't put things out there that are not backed by science and proof in anything of that degree. Like the thing we just talked about with black Rob and DMX. Don't do that don't their families deserve better? And and these guys are supposed to be fans, the fans deserve better. Like take what piece of art they left behind and enjoy it and embrace it and be so and so forth. But don't put shit out there in the air like that and cause me grief consternation for their family and even talked about last week when DMX died the way it seemed he was already dead for two weeks every time it kept popping up man recipes DMX like it's like 12 days for his actual passing away. People are claiming death upon like, yo, just let it be. So that I can't do and that I can't do with candle.

Unknown:

Well, how you feel about how you feel about MJ and duct and Coby yo.

Jeff:

I had his argument I told one of my custom Lego is apropos because Kobe is the closest thing we've ever had, and probably ever gonna have to Michael Jordan. He was I don't mentioned, you know, he got upset. I mentioned Kobe in the same breath as Jordan, don't put them up there. I'm like, I'm not putting them up there. I'm just saying he is the closest thing to Jordan that we've ever seen. He looked like him. He emulated his entire game after him. You know the same moves the same fate away the same. You know, he used to the way he used to go inside and dunk. Take the tongue out like his whole game was Jordan. He shaved his head. He came into the little little throat, the little blowout road. But then I you know afterwards he eventually went bald. And he was like he was Jordan. You know, the copycat it's fine. Now he changed his number to 24 because he wanted to be one up from Jordan, Georgia. So he went from eight to 24. Like he was Jordan. He You know, I'm not gonna say he was just as good as Jordan. But he had the Killer Instinct like Jordan. He was the closest assembly we had correct. And that's all I meant by that. You know, and that's I guess it's appropriate that Jordan is going to induct him.

Anthony:

I mean, it could only be one or two people who cannot either I have given him a shot. Yeah, one of them too. Yeah, I guess is either got to be the guy that you most closely resemble. Or the guy who's just been in your career the closest to you? It's one or two options. It's like it's almost like getting married and picking the best man. Like do I pick the guy I've known the longest or the guy that is closest to me. Like you usually come down to one of them two things you choose a side but I mean, it's only right that MJ did it is like I mean in their situation. It really was like a little bro Big bro thing. He had style like them be like, act like him. The talk the swag the tongue. I mean, Coby idolized the man. And for Mike to want to do it. I think I mean, it says more about Mike and it does about him does about COVID because I think if it was like if it was reversed, I mean, because obviously George in the Hall of Fame, but like Coby was like kind of such a prick that I don't think he would have said anything like nine I've been to him. I'm not gonna speak on that. Goodbye mean, but that's what you give them to God like that. They just they're vicious. They kill it instinct within them. Just kind of like Loki terrifying. But I'm glad that he's doing it. I am like it would have had been him a check. But I'm glad

Jeff:

he did. Like the whole Lakers organization could have done magic Jeanie buss. Derek Fisher could have did it. He played more, you know, most of his whole career. You know, his whole career. Most his whole career as Bobby point God. You could have dead Kobe's wife and you know, family like, Oh, no, no, no, I don't know. I don't know how they came up with Jordan, but I'm at it.

Anthony:

I think because it's a basketball thing. I don't like it. Like cuz it's a Basketball Hall of Fame like his wife and kids would just it would have just been weird because they celebrate his career as a player pathway you're talking about, like, jack jack would have been. Nobody would have been mad at Shaq and Shaq would have been perfect. I mean like it. And I mean, this is a weird thing to say it's kind of pumped in my head. I think Jordan might have been the only guy if since he's going to do it. That would have been able to like hold it together. Because Because Because Colby and chequered I mean they split up part of it for a little while but they got a little closer as they got older. I'm not sure if he can handle it emotionally. Like you started talking about your man you start with like being at a funeral but you think you're good to get up at that mic and start talking and start reminiscing about you know, the person that passed away and all sudden you got tears running, just stuttering and being blown up and it Mike so a Mike's a good choice.

Jeff:

There's no complaints here. Since we're on the topic of MBA, we never went over we discussed the mic rat, Michael Rapaport versus Kevin direct says like, I fucked me with Michael Rapaport heavy he's funny as hell. I think he's of the culture. I follow him online on Twitter. He's hilarious. Um, him putting out Kevin Durant's tweets. I think that was it. I think that was a bitch move.

Anthony:

is some snitches. Correct.

Jeff:

That being said, You know how I feel about Kevin Durant?

Anthony:

And if and this is going to shade your whole point, but go ahead. No, I

Jeff:

hate Kevin Durant, like and he's one of my hated athletes ever. And it's going to be my most hated NBA players of all time, for various reasons that I won't get into today.

Anthony:

All through and playing the same team but continue.

Jeff:

Yeah, um, and you know, and in Rapoport came on and he spoke with Stephen A and C. And I asked him like, yo, why'd you do it? He was like, yo, because But this man mentioned my wife. Like, he was like, I understand that I understand bro code. I understand the street ethics and everything. But once you know, he figured he basically said Kevin Duran broke all those codes when he started mentioning his wife, and I can't blame them. Or my wife or my family, then all bets are off. You know, I'm saying you could talk about me all day. You don't talk about my wife. You don't talk about my kids. though. That's universal rules, bro. Everybody knows that.

Anthony:

All right, continue. Again. I

Jeff:

don't agree with him doing it. I don't condone. You know him putting up people's tweets like that personal conversation you shouldn't have done that I was weak. I was weak as hell that was just as weak as Kevin Durant's signing with the Warriors years ago, but whatever I told you that being said, I am happy that the NBA chose to fine Durant. I mean, what was it like 50 grand it was something like for him 20 Grand

Anthony:

50 grand for guy making 35 that hurts

Jeff:

I felt like they should have suspended his ass because let's be consistent let's keep it consistent. If you're gonna say some you know racist shit online or something disparaging or some anti this or that. Let's let's keep it consistent. Let's say somebody is gonna say the N word and we want to fire them and suspend them and make to then let's make sure we do that all across the board No matter if you're white or black. Kevin Duran said some disparaging shit on there no offensive stuff on there you suspend his eyes and you find them like if somebody comes on social media and says the N word or says something against Jews or says something to Muslims they're

Anthony:

not suspend them they're not suspending him stuff that was

Jeff:

that's been I'm telling you what I would have done he's not playing anyway, he's doing all this wrestling and all this load management they're not even playing the guys anyway. So suspend them a couple games and if you would attend them beginning would have been on us Why? Because it's okay to go online and say some disparate issue. And so on pensive and racing. No, no, no, no. Okay. Big

Anthony:

No, because he didn't say it online. Mike published it. He still said it. Was it. Okay. No, it was so what's the

Jeff:

difference between that? Or what's the guy the Clippers? Silver sterling silver, whatever they was saying in a private conversation to his ex wife or his wife, you know, talking about blacks what's the difference with that? That was a private conversation that got leaked just like this private conversation that got leaked through Texas right?

Anthony:

Same shit and no it's not because if she if he never leaked that he's still the owner right but it got leaked just like right port leak this shit right doesn't what was said it doesn't he was what was slid. It doesn't erase it and it would have said it doesn't like admonish you notice Kevin for saying what he said. But it's still a private conversation. It's still a private conversation your job person who

Jeff:

looks at your place or my place of employment, they hold a right that if they see me post anything derogatory, disparaging. I'm saying the N word and they fire me. I can't say shit that's within their rights. Correct. So why doesn't that translate a sports? Why can't that be could be applied to Kevin in the NBA

Anthony:

because we're not only in the US because

Jeff:

the players run the league right? And so problem with the NBA. Because players in the league they get to do whatever the hell they want. How can you say the man

Anthony:

from the league when they didn't find the player but they fired the owner? So how can you say the players were in the league? That's why they are not the player the players the point here you're missing the point here the players don't man you mess it up.

Jeff:

Roll with the NBA right now bro it's what's wrong with the gay man and this is one of the reasons why I hate guys like the rant guys like James Harden guys

Anthony:

stopstopstop so you so you will feel the same way you feel the same way if Julius Randle said that

Unknown:

yeah

Jeff:

rogatory shit yeah,

Anthony:

no no no no no whatever you got to not not not if he goes online if he's having a aggressive comment. Somebody has leaked

Jeff:

when he's being racist hateful, offensive disparaging whatever Yes, you got to pay the consequences. Let's keep it consistent. It doesn't matter if you're Hispanic or black. You get call saying some crazy shit and you need to pay a price man was the image we're trying to show here? What is the image here bro? Come on, man. Let's keep it consistent, bro. You sound in my bias right now. Oh, the white man and I'm not making this a race thing I'm just saying let's keep it consistent. The Clippers owner got fired like he should have for being racist. Okay, but if Kevin Durant if another player is found saying some racist shit or some derogatory should have some offensive shit, I'm not saying let's go as far as to just fire them or eliminate them from the NBA but let's punish them in some way. Let's say look, this is not okay. Let's show let's show some example that this is not okay, man. Come on. Wait so what do you

Anthony:

what do you want these guys to be goody two shoes? Like we should keep all our conversations clean and quiet.

Jeff:

Oh yeah, just stay off of social media you're making $40 billion a year let's say on social media and let's let's keep I certainly wasn't that's why Jordan and that's why Jordan never spoke on ship because he wanted to maintain his image. That's why you never heard me speak on shake because you maintain ism and you never heard shit about them off the field. That's the point. I'm

Anthony:

trying to make it he didn't put it on social media. That wasn't that was Michael Rapaport.

Jeff:

It was everything you say on the phone on a text on social media is a private comment on a leak bro these are celebrities everything you do know everything you guys do. Come on. We know that one everybody has a phone. How many

Anthony:

private conversations have we had? A million? million right? Have you ever heard from me from someone else? Something I said about you? right cuz that's how it goes? Kevin's of the mind he's thinking No, no, no, no, I'm not saying that. I do that at all. I'm saying that Kevin's under the idea that him and Micah boys and that is how he cut up and say shit like this. And then Mike decides to publish it but he shouldn't have to. And my whole thing is that you say the thing about it is that if you're talking about my wife and she names all you got to do that if you're talking about my wife like Kev relax that's my wife. Calm the fuck now. No, he didn't say that. He just kept rambling and going I don't know.

Jeff:

Well, we thought we joke around I don't remember ever cursing each other out or talking about each other's significant other kids or families I've never liked you know bitch as mother I've never heard none of that between us

Anthony:

because we mean you go out and we get and get it out the way and I said what are they talking about how they but that's

Jeff:

nice but you're saying you don't agree with him getting fine Is that correct?

Anthony:

No, I don't mind him getting fined I mean that's gonna happen because it's it's a player conduct thing if he doesn't get fired if he doesn't leak the text

Jeff:

okay, but you don't think he should have gotten suspended just to find an asset move on?

Anthony:

Yeah, no. All right. I'm gonna

Jeff:

move on but you know how I feel about this these NBA players now bro. They come to you they don't really want to know but it's not even him is a representation of what's wrong with the league. I use him the rat I use harden and I use Kyrie Irving as the three examples

Anthony:

I said sitting on the same team right

Jeff:

they always say my hate all three of them but I use them as the example of what's wrong with the league they play whenever they want to they take rest days people spend their hard earned money they will take their kids to the game and oh James Harden and I'll play today he don't feel like it Kyrie Irving he celebrated his birthday he's not gonna play today like come on man. These guys making 30 40 million a year and they play when they want to to get traded whenever they feel like I'm not gonna play until you trade me like James Harden did and Houston Trade Me I'm not going to do now I'm gonna come out of shape I'm not gonna practice I ain't doing shit until you trade me like come on man. This is crazy this broke

Anthony:

it but guess what they still watching though they still watching I mean people bitching about it but he's still watching I can see if people felt that way like you know man fuckers nbha all the all the lazy entitled dude, but what are you doing on Sunday right into channel All right. I ain't gonna watch them but I watched this team could didn't represent the NBA. No, we're all together. So you can't be like, I like these guys didn't like that. Guys. Like I cool. They don't want to know but they still watch. So looking about like ain't got you ain't gotta watch. I tell everybody that if you don't like what's on the TV, turn a fucking channel. If you don't like what they're talking about. Don't listen to him. But everyone want to tune in and have reaction to it. Just don't watch this. Don't watch. You'd like to be a lot easier blood pressure go down, drink more water. You walk in the park shit. You have more free time you have instead of watching the shit you hate so much

Jeff:

to me speaking of NBA teams, like what is it like a premium on NBA teams now like everybody's just buying NBA teams what's going on like a rock just bought him in on a partner and investor he bought a tent the Minnesota Timberwolves and as a result, you also get the Minnesota Lynx from the W NBA. Right. And then way Dwayne Wade just became part of owner of where the jazz, right Utah Jazz I was going on, they just sell it teams out here. Can we get a team? Can you put some money together and buy a few stocks in a team? So

Anthony:

I think me You need to get all the people from our town and you're trying to give us $10 a piece and it might not even be another by accident, it might not be enough. We might be able to own like maybe 10% of a team. Not even 1% because remember the sale price to be considered a part owner you got to have at least a 1% sticking the team the Utah Jazz will sell was $1.66 million million or billion we get 1 billion sorry 1.2 million show no millions now. So Dwayne Wade had to put in minimum $16 million and this is the minimize bro

Jeff:

we're not even talking about a premier team. We're not talking about a big market team and they're selling for over a billion dollars and what we're doing so the bulls are the Lakers sell for bro you imagine but I think the rock is

Anthony:

so somebody the Knicks is one of the highest they are the highest value franchises are the highest but the thing is that you know because you don't but if you're buying it you're not just buying the Knicks you're buying the Rangers and you're buying match square got to get all that shit I'm the was the W NBA team to Liberty it's like it's like monopoly you got you got to get a hold

Jeff:

about a trillion dollars like hey, right but you get the channel you get the building you get the three teams

Anthony:

I mean right now this I mean it's I congratulate for them what they're doing what we're doing and what Iran is doing. But I don't think we're gonna Well yeah, it's not gonna be nothing until LeBron retires because I know he said he flat out wants to own i

Jeff:

don't i can see him I could see him being part owner of the Cleveland pads row. If they let him in remember when Jordan wanted to be part owner of the of the bulls and there was like, Nah, keep it moving, buddy. So he went to the masa de between him and Dan Gilbert's Okay, he probably would be able to, but I think it's okay.

Anthony:

He went back and got them a championship. But I don't I don't think he wants to be part owner. I think he wants to be majority owner.

Jeff:

Okay, well, he'd better fork over some money. Does he have majority owner type money? She would you make clothes? Most? I don't think none of us got majority owner type money. Michael Jordan doesn't have majority owner type money.

Anthony:

He is the majority owner. back then. percentage of the harnesses he owns though he owns the team that by himself. He Yeah, he's the majority owner of the of the Charlotte home.

Jeff:

He's the exception, though, because it's all that Nike money and Gatorade money in the hands money is George I think that's, and that's what LeBron trying to do. Jimmy has just moved just off his Nike money. He's making more than any of these players make in a year.

Anthony:

And like I said, Look, LeBron

Jeff:

has a school you're making like 100 million a year bro and just Nike alone and has nothing else.

Anthony:

Yeah, but like I said, he doesn't really own it because he actually only he made way more than that. If you are Jordan. If you don't own What? He gets it like you don't own it. Oh, no, you don't own Nike. No, no. But when they do all like the reprints that come out every year, like the Jordan, Florida brizola Nike shit, bro. Right? But john gets a piece. It's a piece and he gets like 100 million a year. But actually, so imagine how much money Nike is making off of the Jordan Brand. Right? That? Check that big every year. Imagine if you actually own the brand itself. Like every Jordan, whatever. Oh, we 5050 I mean, he gets a percentage. And that's really it's still a lot. But I mean, that's but but it's enough to make him like a majority owner in a sports franchise and for one of the four major sports in America. So yeah, I think that's lebrons next goal. I think he wants to win another title. But I think he really wants to be an owner like Jordan. And like I said, he's far from it.

Jeff:

I can't even see I see him buying some baseball teams to and Shaq I see him dabbling with like the Cleveland Indians or some shit. I mean, you know, the Yankees game for sale. They never for sale. So you can't even look there. I mean,

Anthony:

I mean, LeBron owns a piece of the Boston Red Sox. Oh, that's right. He does awesome. share with the rest of the pieces of Red Sox. He owns a piece of English Premier League team. So yeah, he's already comfortable with an owning a piece of it. He just wants to have the whole pie which I understand.

Jeff:

Man, listen. Yo, did you listen to the mokena? Is that what is called the macina mokena album? Um, what's the new this do from the grizelda boys?

Anthony:

No, I didn't get chances to it.

Jeff:

I mean is I was gonna ask you how it was. Well, that's what it's called. Right lamattina

Anthony:

What did just come out? Yeah, absolutely. I've seen it on title. It must have just came out because it popped up on my feed. just just just as just so

Jeff:

I've seen it on and I'm like I haven't gotten a chance to go I heard his dog go I was gonna ask you about I'm like yeah definitely heard it so I asked him how it was

Anthony:

no cuz I was cuz we cuz we was from Conway okay i mean cuz we was kicking it tried to get around to it but the thing would resolve the problems with me like I can't listen to them in a quiet setting like I need to be driving around or something I can't just be grizelda music is not here you sit at home and clean the house.

Jeff:

This is not built for that. You got to you got to go on the road drive around for a little while blasted turn the windows up, turn the windows down and the music up sorry. And do it that way. But I'm not. But right now you got me intrigued now check it out. Once I'm done with it. Let me know how it is. I can't wait for the next album but they said they pretty much finished with the DMX album before he passed. It's coming out on them Jim and before him when he was on the nori interview he said he got snoop on now he said he got the grizelda boys on there. He said he got I think he said he got a little Wayne on and obviously the locks is gonna be on there. He got a bunch of cats. Gift football. I just want to hear him. I want to hear him but I know there's gonna be a classic. Like I'm gonna go to the store and buy this like physical copy. I need a CD of x's last word.

Anthony:

You know? Shit, that's gonna be hard. gonna be hard. What if I can go buy a CD from what you mean? They got CD stores. I could buy it online or go on Amazon or something. And play it and what? What do you mean, bro? Nick, you got a CD player. My car does my wife's car. But I don't know. When I when I got my car. I was like you went CD played like don't see me playing here. Like, Oh shit, you're right. I'm not gonna take it and pop it in the ps4 or listen to it. No, that's why I got into my phone. So I can stream it and play it wherever I want to. You can buy the CD like didn't have to burn it. Who has a CD burner? Yeah, I don't know. I'm gonna I want to copy it. This is what you do. Then buy a copy and never open it. I want them yeah, keep it sealed as like a last living testament and a piece of it. Yeah, just hear the title. Or whatever. Because it's the only way you're gonna be able to hear consistent like, man, I want to hear that DMX song in the gym. Now you can because you got it on your phone

Jeff:

know how dope would it be though, if j and Beyonce actually bought all the masters and then gave it today to Xs kids? like whoa, like Def Jam in them?

Anthony:

Somebody does, but it was gonna do a $10 million. I think $10 million is not even enough for all of you. I'm gonna cut it because it's, I mean, you don't need the Masters to everything. You just need the Masters to probably his first three albums. That's, I mean, really it like you. You want the ones that people are going to sample and push it off of what you probably know, whatever classic ones it is. I don't think that I don't think that they should do it. Like I said, apparently the rumor is untrue anyway, but we'll see. But but but why do that when you can just give the 10 million to the family. And we're not gonna get a Tim into the family like Yo, if you got seven kids, we'll set up a scholarship fund for each year. That'll be honorable. I mean it could be but the whole thing is like is not really owed of much and I'm saying that the man had a lot of demons in the substance abuse issues and so on and so forth. But yeah, you gotta get somebody you want to check them Yeah, but you got to have somebody in your corner watching your books somebody like you got to have somebody you can trust that watches your money somebody that you know you can trust that they can look over make sure everything's squared away and that you trust they'll make the right decisions for you is just trusting things that he known for a long time ago I manage his money like what grade you graduate from? We mean graduate like I think it's a bad idea should probably get your real accountant on the knowledge get your homie that didn't pass 10th grade I don't think he shot with the numbers man like I said and he's a millions of dollars going to different places. This one gets to cut that one gets a cut this one has to go here you have to pay this and that somebody's got to be on top of that you got enough to do as it is and I don't think necessarily the ex fucked up the money I don't think just sincerely cared about it that much. Like as long as his wife

Jeff:

he talked about in an interview he wasn't out there spending beyond his means he never cared about money you know I'm saying

Anthony:

that's the worst when you just don't care about like this alright didn't just care about the amount you want to set aside for us the rest of it you want to fuck up? You go right ahead, right? But make sure we good if you want to piss the rest of this shit away. I cool but I mean sure the family is okay man. It's just a struggle, but make sure you got the books right? That's all that matters. But um.

Jeff:

Yo, tell me you seen the the new trailer to the Fast and Furious shed the fast nine saga. You mean Looney Tunes party. Man listen That shit is outlandish. Not yet Not yet they getting it up. They go into space in this one. Not yet. Not yet. It looked like in space it lady going to space and this one. I mean to keep launching Carl's office shakes. They got flying Cosby with jetpacks is shit on him. Look man, I've come to grips with this a long time ago. Fast and Furious movies are basically Looney Tunes for adults. You know, we're gonna watch though we've been watching it for 20 years. We're gonna watch. I've been watching this this is the first one came out in like 2001 when I was in high school,

Anthony:

what happens is like, it's going to get one watt from me then I'm good.

Jeff:

That's it. Yeah, so you're not gonna get more than that. The only one of all the fast movies that I've seen a lot is part one. You know, you can never beat Paul. I've seen that when I saw that one in the theaters like three different times. It was a fast five. And I think I saw Part Two a few times. Part Three was tokyo drift. I only seen that one once and after that, all the other ones I've only seen once. part one and part two are the only ones that I've seen multiple times. That Fast Five people love No fast fives though but I'm not watching none of these is just too outlandish, too unrealistic. Um, yo, like, all of a sudden john cena is Dom's brother Where have you been the last 20 years be we didn't even know you had a brother

Anthony:

they're throwing shit against the wall hoping to stay on is still alive how they cuz they're throwing shit against the wall and to see

Jeff:

technically that in part three Tokyo Drift and then he had all the prequels Okay, and now he's all of a sudden he's alive again.

Anthony:

You know why it works is because like I said the cartoon characters they don't die. How many times it has Daffy Duck gonna shave his face shot off and then back the next episode much. homophobe is showing his Yeah, exactly. All cartoon characters do not die. So therefore that's why Honda's alive. That's why I'm gonna show my previous was dead. She's alive. I mean, Paul Walker's dead dead dead but he'd had to do a little thing to bring him back for a moment by doing little stunt double thing but his brother went on. Like say that cartoon they're not really designed to die. They're supposed to live forever shit.

Jeff:

Vin Diesel and an escape death on multiple occasions. Caught fallen off a cliff rolls 100 times he comes out unscathed.

Anthony:

Everything's okay. According to time, doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile winnings winning by a family la familia. They they've made so much money in Corona advertisements. By sheer Daydream drink.

Jeff:

They got the bumblebee when he's in beyond it was drink unprecedented.

Anthony:

Right? He goes to the to the nation, which he was in right outside of that. coronas. Like we let you slide because you're in Dr. So we can't be like, yeah, this is what they drink. We know that. bring us back to America is Corona all day. You can have any beer you want just as long as there's a Corona. And every time is always a bucket of a day be everywhere,

Jeff:

like who stops at the liquor store. You know, you never see them snowing at the grocery store. They always eat and some and they always drink a Corona like we'll be buying all this shit. Like I know that I've got no credit card. The feds been looking at looking for it for 20 years so they can't buy sugar. No debit card.

Anthony:

Dang. Say like I was thinking about this. Have you ever cooked a meal inside? They always eat? No, they always be outdoors. Right? It's always a grill right? No matter what. No matter where they are. They add a grill. Hmm, really? They got it all set up. I've never seen dime over a stove.

Jeff:

But I'd say it's a mash. Don't they show their indoors in part one, aren't they when they're having a little party? And the sisters in the kitchen and she's the one cooking and doing dishes?

Anthony:

And what are they drinking Corona? Exactly. They have product placement and easy grip. How much money are you making off of Corona? a fair amount and enough to cover some of them stunts enough to cover some costs to them Scott we need to buy a new car to jump over this like call Corona tell him tell him we'll we'll drink the beer this time and go Corona. They might say that shit in the next one. They don't look right at the camera. The guy got to get that break on TV.

Jeff:

But yeah, I want to get into the real topic, bro. Because this show is is getting while there was just another mass shooting in Texas recently, or actually today or yesterday. And I think it's like some like over 4040 plus odd mass shootings in the last couple months in this country or not.

Anthony:

That's crazy that much because we're not good at much we're good at that.

Jeff:

That's crazy, bro when you speak to people from like, England or you know, UK overseas Canada, and they don't even know what a mass shooting is. They don't ever seen one or they've heard maybe heard of one or they probably seen one in their lifetime in the news. We see this shit on a regular on a regular bases we have mass shootings here in this damn country. It's the most American shit that we do and it's just as American as apple pie and baseball with a hot dog in your hand.

Anthony:

sidebar I've never liked when people say that because do you really rock with apple pie like that? No,

Jeff:

I don't like apple pie at all. McDonald's given that shit out, like the McDonald's in Passaic every time you go to the drive to play yo we given you she's out to for $1 like Nah, I'm good. Cuz I

Anthony:

know we're gonna serious topic, but I'm like, I hate that like American as apple pie. Like said Apple. Apple. Don't be cracking like that.

Jeff:

But I talked about the shoes to talk about to segue into the cops shoes has been happening. You know, we got the 12 year old that got shot in the chest and Chicago, Adam Toledo. Because apparently he had a gun, and he's running away from the copy throws the gun behind the gate. And then when he as soon as he turns around, bop, bop bop in the chest. Dutton 13 year old boy. I was like shit. I don't know how I feel about that one yet. Just because I know he had a gun. You know, I'm saying and I know that if a cop knows you have a weapon in your hand. They own they shouldn't. That's it. There's no negotiate and they just shoot it?

Anthony:

No, they're not. Which means? Well, we just we just talked about mass shooters. Right?

Jeff:

Right. If you're a colored person with a gun in your hand, you're getting shot. A white

Anthony:

mass shooter or you murdered eight people. It's okay. Come on. Get in the back of the car. Quietly you want to get a sandwich while you're on your way to prison? We got you man. Don't worry about it is very good to some juice some cookies? No, please. We get the best cookies. We'll get them before you particularly sell all right before we book you, UK and before we get your prints and we'll put your prints down softly we don't want to hurt your hands.

Jeff:

And then we had the other shoe in with the police woman who shot Dante right who because she'd mistake her gun for the taser. She thought she was grabbing the taser. Supposedly, this is a 26 year veteran and the force. Supposedly she thought she was grabbing the taser and accidentally grabbed the gun. Bop, bop, bop. shot my man Dante right. He drives away crashes and eventually dies. Um, first of all, how do you how is that even possible, bro? How do you mistake first of all your gun is in your dominant hand. So if you're writing your firearm is on your right. And then your taser is on the left. Right. Second of all, the gun weighs significantly heavier than a taser. Correct? Yes, a clip again,

Anthony:

we're talking about pounds. Not like a couple ounces. We're talking about pounds. It's one of the things if you have one or the other and someone's blindfolded which one's potato This one's immediate. You know,

Jeff:

like, oh, okay, this was like five pounds in my hand to tasers maybe two pounds. Yeah. The SEC

Anthony:

could remember when we went to the rain, he could feel the difference in the block.

Jeff:

Like Like it's definitely what we shot we shot with a nine we shot a nine millimeter. I think it was a not because it was out of 45 that day.

Anthony:

It was not yet and then again, it was a nine and we had a 40 cow.

Jeff:

Yeah, and the shit is heavy. You know, I'm saying especially when you load it with the book. So that's two and then three the color. The got the bright yellow paint on the taser. So you can know exactly what it is bright yellow, the gun is all black. Come on, man. And then right before and then when she shoots when she shoots to do She goes, Oh shit, I shot them. And then you know, they're all the cops are like, shocked. The guests are surprised that she actually shot him because she was yelling taser, taser, taser, so everybody's expecting him to get tased and then boom, boom, boom, she shoots him. Everybody's in shock. He gets in his car and drives away and they're like, Oh, shit, I shot him. So that's her alibi, you know? I mean, that's gonna be an alibi. Look, if you watch the end of the video, I say Oh shit, because it was a mistake. So she's currently arrested. And she's only facing like, what? 10 years? 12 years, I think they said is up to 12 years for like, accidental manslaughter. And, you know, she's gonna do less than that. If If you know, she's gonna do less than 12.

Anthony:

If I mean, we still working for the George floor thing is

Jeff:

we're gonna get an answer to that tomorrow. Tomorrow, the jury the jury deliberates and we're gonna see what happens. I'll tell you what, though, if they announced that that show fun or whatever, it's doing police officers name, and they announced that he's innocent. That whole courthouse is gonna get burnt to the ground. But I'm not gonna know nobody knows. But I'm letting you know right now. It's gonna go down.

Anthony:

But what happened was that the defense what they did is actually brilliant. Because you don't got to prove that he did or did not do the crime. You just got to create that and he did just

Jeff:

their narrative is weak. Oh, he died from the fumes exhaust from the car. Oh, he died from drugs in the system. Oh, he died from the low levels of oxygen man.

Anthony:

Yeah, but but we but but but we you can remember that without reading it right. Yes. That's what I mean. Then you can remember that,

Jeff:

like, the only fucked up shit is that the prosecution cannot counter that. You know, I'm saying because they supposedly they had evidence that he that his oxygen levels were fine. And he did not die from carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide. But they can't use that. Yeah, because you have to use all your evidence at the beginning.

Anthony:

They didn't introduce right and they did it. Like I said, you don't have to say that he didn't, he did something. Just got to create doubt. Like I said, That's

Jeff:

all he had blood in his system. He had drugs in his system, he got low oxygen, that okay, all of these things could be true, right. But if you don't put a knee on his neck for 10 minutes, none of those things are a factor.

Anthony:

Right. But the whole thing is that we created that's like saying, oh, God is like, you know, we see what you did. But we just need for you to just

Jeff:

like saying how it's like saying I have upper respiratory issues. Right. But But COVID made it worse. And that's what killed me. Correct? You know, what I'm saying is the same thing. Like, yeah, he might have had all types of drugs in his system, even though the doctors have already said that has been is very minimal. He could have had carbon monoxide in his system. He all these things could be true. But if you don't block his airwaves and put your neck on, put his money on your neck for 10 minutes, he doesn't die is the point

Anthony:

he doesn't. Right. And I think you're 100% correct. And that we just need to get what

Jeff:

and guess what, who? Whose car was on? omitting the exhaust is the cops car doesn't matter. So still, he's still at fault.

Anthony:

That's not that's not a defense job is not to prove fault. It's just to prove that you know, there are other possible mitigating factors that only they only find out. So no, we all find out shortly here. With the verdict. I mean, me. I mean, just I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't, because like I said, to get the conviction you want, you got to have everybody convinced he put it I need to put doubt in one person's mind. Then that conviction has moved. So all they got to do I so

Jeff:

let's go back to the 13 year old boy that had the gun. You see him in the video, like throwing it right when he's running. You didn't watch it. You didn't watch it didn't watch it was running after him. And the kid gets to like a gate or fence or whatever. And he like throws real quick throws the gun behind the gate. And he's got guess he's turning around, you know, to basically surrender and it looks like he's basically about to surrender himself. He turns around with his I guess his hands up. As soon as he turns around, bah, bah, bah, he gets like two three to the chest.

Anthony:

I couldn't I couldn't watch that one. And it's hard to watch. I couldn't watch that. And I couldn't watch the teaser gun video one because I thought that

Jeff:

graphic because you know, bah, bah, bah, and he drives off though. But you can hear her saying like, Oh, shit, so I want to get your take first on the 13 year old boy. Adam to Leto who got shot. You know, he had the gun, whatever. We know he had a gun. That's not speculation. We know he had a gun when he was running away. Okay, so what? So what is your take on that?

Anthony:

I don't know. Like, am I taking online she's like, I don't I don't really feel anything towards it. Because like I said, I didn't see the video. Because I personally, as a black man, I'm tired of seeing videos of black people dying. I personally choose not to invest in trauma, like watching falando Castillo get killed watching Eric Garner get killed watching George floor get killed. Now I'm Brianna Taylor gonna watch it. Right But But the thing is that we didn't see that right? later. But Ajay, right, and likes it and they play it over and over and over again and just get tired of looking at this trauma with no resolution coming from it. So the question I want to pose to you is this. If you kept seeing Hispanic men and women murdered by police, would you want to keep watching?

Jeff:

All right, well, no, that's like in order to draw a conclusion about the whole situation. You have to watch all the evidence and all the facts and watch all the videos. And even still, the video doesn't give you the full story. Because all you see is a cop running after the kid. You see the kid throw a gun, and he turns around and get shot.

Anthony:

And I keep seeing that. And I keep seeing kids getting shot by cops. Without guns. I keep seeing him die with candy and a hand or a toy gun or being at the home and a cop knocks on the wrong door. And all of a sudden, you know, both of Jean gets killed. I keep seeing a guy you know selling loose cigarettes and he's done. I keep seeing all these instances of people just trying to do very simple mundane things in their lives and dying for it. So me personally, I just get tired of watching it like that's just stressful. Like I said, You said you wouldn't watch it and understand you want to see the understand the evidence and so on so forth. But it gets tiring to see people look like you dying. So that's why I like I know that this is this is what's going to happen. They're going to follow the same program. Someone of color is going to get chat people are going to be pissed off about it. People are going to protests about it. There's going to be a trial about it. And either a the person going to go to jail for a short period of time and people going to be kind of okay with it. But think that's your problem. To be more to be done, or be the person not going to go to prison, and then all of a sudden it's going to be some kind of protests or uprising that that that then the cycle repeats again because it keeps happening again and again and again and again. And again. Because there's no retribution whenever these police officers killed these people not shoot, kill, cuz you start off the whole thing about mass shootings. And those mass shootings are committed by white people. And when those white people go out and do And like I said, the whole thing you're talking about people being a threat, it just pisses me off because a threat is not a kid with a toy gun like Tamir Rice, a threat, not a man selling cigarettes. A threat is not that those people who commit these mass shootings, they are not they are beyond the threat. They have literally gone and murdered people. But you walked into prison, like like homeboy, he went in a into the church, he went goes into a church tough and murders people. He's beyond the threat, he's a killer. They walk as asked to the car, they give him something to eat, then they take him to prison. So when I keep seeing black people who get murdered on TV like that, I can't do it because there's no satisfaction that comes from it, because they never get a chance to say I got shot by a cop. So I get to stand and look and look at that officer in the face and tell him what they did or did not do to me. When those mass shooters go out and they murdered those people. They got to stand in front of those families listening and telling stories about how great this person was how long their life they live in everything that they did, and they got to stay them cold bloodedly in the eyes, but they but they get their chance at trial. Cops go to trial but it never fully like finishes through like Who are these guys going to prison? No. Are they going to jail? No. Are they getting charged anything? No. So for everything to go on to be concerned about it or watch it again know how the end result generally goes down to I value my mental health more than that shit,

Jeff:

I just can't do it. And I think like we definitely need a whole police overhaul we need new training like one nationwide form of training um because the training that these police people are getting is trash you know I'm saying like they're very trigger happy they just want they just quick to shoot when you're mistaking a taser for gun usable to be a 2060 event

Anthony:

something's wrong. The system stuff like you know, I

Jeff:

mean, we definitely need police reform. And we need to ship ASAP be for what

Anthony:

do you consider police reform?

Jeff:

like Yo, they gotta throw away the whole book or books that they've been learning from throw all that away and have not even not even different by state and I have one universal rule book and one universal form of training. For every police force in the entire country. They all learn the same shit. You know, I'm saying be able to yo if you're nervous, because I'm thinking this chick was nervous. She was nervous. She probably never shot nobody before she was chained on what to grab. I'm grabbing the taser, but I accidentally grabbed the gun. And she's in the force for 26 years. That's unacceptable. If you are nervous as mofokeng You don't need to be a cop. If you are scary as you don't need to be a cop. Make them go through some vigorous training cuz they make it real easy to become a cop now you know this is a lot of people don't want to be cops now. They're making it easier and easier to become a cop. So I think they got to make it harder to become a cop make them go through some vigorous training. Make them gold. You want to be a cop? No fucking cop, man. No. It's very well paying job shit. I'm like it. I mean, they got to train them on how to identify a threat versus what's not a threat. A little kid with a candy bar in his hand is not a threat. You know, I'm saying, uh, George Floyd, already on the ground already in handcuffs. You've already searched him because well, because you got to search them before you put them in handcuffs. So you put them in handcuffs. You search them, you know, he's he has it has no weapons. He's not a threat. Oh, he was under the influence. Okay, so that makes him even less of a threat. You got to be able to identify that you don't need to be putting your knees on the neck. You know what I'm saying? And

Anthony:

it just people just bugging the fuck out. You heard about a thing in South Carolina? What was when was that? When it was a black hair welcome shooting the bald headed guy and like, like, why are you walking on the street? This is in your neighborhood, so on and so forth. See shit like that? Because, again, if it's me, and I'm that guy, like I'm going home as fast as possible. I'm calling my uncle's. We're coming back to his doorstep. We're gonna have a conversation. Like he gets up in his kid's face like what are you doing here like and apparently like the guy who was the white bald headed man who apparently he's like a drill sergeant or some shit at Fort Jackson alright great but like he's like he's really precedence kid up in this face knows and knows like threatened in the shadow of him. And and nobody was recording the shoot prior to slid. But that's the kind of thing that you got to deal with. In like general everyday life, disregarding the police just that. So reform is one thing but we just got to get better as a nation, period and sort this shit out. Yeah,

Jeff:

I don't know. Amen. So yeah, I just wanted to touch on that. We probably should have touched on it earlier and I probably would have started the show if it wasn't for black robes passing. I would have started the show with the you know, these cop show ones don't work, but we'll have more. No more. We'll have more Don't say that.

Anthony:

To me, I'm not telling him like she. Um, I'm not saying he should be funny. How this

Jeff:

so before I go, did you hear that Steve Urkel has a we product out called the perfect by the purple Oracle. The Purple Purple. He was on the Snoop Dogg. He was on when he came in character as Steve Urkel jaleel white came in character, and he was promoting his new shit called a purple Urkel

Anthony:

It didn't take long once you once they legalize it and I'm doing right yeah. Business business is gonna be a booming

Jeff:
