Money, Power, & Respect

Money, Power, & Respect

It was all about money, power, and respect when The Lox took on Dipset in a Verzuz battle. Jeff and Ant dissect, analyze, and review the battle that took the Hip Hop world by storm. Was this the best Verzuz battle of them all?  Who won the battle? Did Jadakiss, Sheek, and Styles prove they were New York's finest out of Yonkers, or did Juelz, Jim Jones, and Cam'ron take the crown for Harlem? Which rapper stood out the most out of them all? All these questions and more are answered in this episode.

Topics Discussed:

  • The Lox Vs. Dipset Verzuz battle
  • Nas' new album, King Disease 2

Jeff:

Yo yo yo, thank you for tuning in to another episode of the culture This is Episode 55 I'm Jeff with my man and was

Anthony:

We should call the shit the minority report the Minority good homie. Report.

Jeff and Ant:

Check it out. I got some shit to go into we have you know we're gonna discuss the new albums that came out we got a new get a word of the week we got a new segment for is this racist? You got to remember this one album that came out? Yeah, But first things first, let me just real quick give a shout out to our patrons. D black Kaiser Melissa Tosh, we appreciate our Patreon is keep us going if you want to become a Patreon to support the show. Just hit the button on the link. Y'all continue to help us grow. And you know without Yeah, we can't do what we're doing. Thank you if you like what you're hearing to support the show, and you know, y'all will allow us to keep providing our content. But I'm not wasting no time. We got to talk about this. And there's only one thing to talk about this week. And it's the versus battle between the locks and dipset that took place last Tuesday. I mean, we record Mondays. So it happened a day after our last recording. So it was roughly a week ago. Now, in my opinion. So far, this was the best versus Battle of all the ones that I've seen to date, because it felt like a real heavyweight bout Do you agree with me? I would agree. It was at the garden. They had Michael buffer announcing the two teams. Mind you Michael buffer church are charges like a million dollars just to speak a couple words. Every time he finds a better discount with him like Yo, Mike, by the way he was he looked at shut. He's never been more scared of his life. It was it was in the audience for them. It was like a look. You hear it wasn't even letting them talk. He was just trying to read the shit. Get his shit in and bow they just kept interrupting him talking over him everybody screaming rowdy and he was just like, Yo, I need to just say just a couple words and get the fuck out of here. You always have my limo waiting for me let me get out of here ASAP you didn't you didn't seem to resonate. Before like when the show was going on. There's a random white dude and the leather jacket would have been a bit chilling. But that's the only way you're gonna see up Dennis hmm Michael got that he's like yo to check her automatic facts as you miss Burnham gone so they have Michael buffer he announced both teams they came out it's Harlem versus Yonkers. This is actually Jay does second verses because remember he did the verses verses were fabulous. And he did way better than this from then did the first one so this is Yeah, he was like drunk as hell than the first one even though I'm not saying he didn't he did terrible if he did great in the first day. This was like what this one was me here. I'm talking he was clearly the MVP this time around. And you know, so he's the first rapper to have or artists that have you know, participate in to versus Alright, I'm gonna give you my opinion. Then I want to get into the whole track for tracklisting and then we'll go and then we'll talk about you know, we start First of all, I thought the locks timing, their energy, the overall performance, their hits, their chemistry and their DJ were all a better than did to me locks and murdered them. This was a massacre. Like they were they were on point. They were choreographed. You could tell the plan their shit dipset just went out there and toxicated and had no type of planning now. Locks is three decades in this shit. Like their material was legendary. I tried to tell you this before a lot of people was like I dipset. Yeah, locks has been in the shift for over 30 years. They're legends in the sheer right. So let's go let's go track for track, shall we? I forget who went first? dipset go first. No, the lock locks. Fuck you. Right. They started off the hot they start off hard. And it was in a face because the whole time and I thought a fight was gonna break out and I texted you. I'm like, yo, they have to especially dipset dipset came on the stage where like 100 deep like an entourage of 100 people correct. And I was texting you. I'm like, why is my song on the stage? He was like, I don't know. Like what click is he represent my son is on the stage with a couple of bands and a lot of dudes had coronas. And they had Jim Jones wife wasn't on stage. But I saw her in the audience Christie, right. She was there. I saw a bunch of people Melo Anthony Carmelo Anthony was an audience Fat Joe was there sitting in front row with his entourage. I forget who it was it was star studded but dipset showed up and they had like 100 people on the stage with him rowdy you didn't mean and I'm like I they got to get these people off the stage like what's going on? And you know jaida was it was really all of them but they just going back and forth distance you're talking shit you know I'm saying they have to remind people like yo this is all love. This is part of the show. This is part of the Act, you know what I mean? And I was telling him that your fight is gonna break out in this bitch bro. They were they were throwing jabs at each other but Okay, so the locks start off with fuck you strong they come out strong

Jeff:

right? Huh dipset follows up with I'm ready. Alright so at this point I have the locks winning one nothing

Jeff and Ant:

I agree that I'm really should have been a strong follow up but just want to know that you had dipset up one night after the first round if it weren't right in the moment yet because like I said everything that you need you're absolutely correct I still think Gibson had a better song but in that instance in that area you got to perform is like it looked like the locks took their time and look like they rehearse different like yo we just gonna show if you want to do we got to do them like that doesn't work they're not against them they're not dead they they've been like this the entire career like when it's time for a sample and like I said I mentioned it to you too when laqua form they did it they stepped aside you're kind of right on the head when when no disrespect nothing like Nana we're not playing with Joe we're not this is not a game we're going to roll with this shit right now like we love y'all we respect your but it's gonna be a bad it's gonna be a battle and things like that all night. And that's what because it absolutely fucked up so if you're going to rewind it I will say if I'm thinking about the performance yet fuck is better from thinking about a song I like I'm ready better but I get how he was scored that way. Okay, but as good as ours so you got Okay, so I have a one locks you have a one that ended next song was banned from TV and I was surprised that they pulled it out right away. So banned from TV locks feature nohrian I think big part is in there. Right? Okay, so they dropped that. You know how I feel about you? No pun. So dipset followed up with crunk music You know, I was gonna give that to the lock. So I had them tonight and already off the rip. And now and I'm gonna go get crunk crunk music dipset right so we both have it I know. A lot of people always say like you can't stand out from band from TV I'm like it's it's their song but but it's not really it's no real fucking song is no song with pine right off right think as nature nature nature upon the locks and camera. right but that's what I'm saying. That's why they were saying like who's gonna play that first? That's why I think locks got it out the way first because they knew camera was gonna probably want to play it later. So they got it out of the way quick. You don't say that was slick. That was smart. And that's why I tell you locks came more prepared. And you know, even even their DJ the DJ was on point. That's the key to jayda was say some shit boom that was relevant to the situation the room as DJ was ready with the song to back it up. You know, I'm saying whatever was being said on stage, the DJ was ready. They felt like they that it was not prepared differently. Let me DJ kya gotta be in sync with each other. I like the shit that they played. It wasn't mastered. It wasn't like the lock shit was mastered to the degree like you put the instrumentals on you put the hooks on and so on so forth. But like, we're going to get these bars off like this. So basically playing a song like we don't hit the formula that I was getting. Like, I could give a shit at home and like, No, no, no, I was gonna get out. And that's what jayda was saying. like, yo, the lateral only plan their instrumentals, they were rapping over the instrumental they were actually performing. It was a live performance that they were doing. Meanwhile, dipset were just lip synching they were messing up the lyrics at some points. It sounds

Jeff:

like you're not prepared at all. I know based on performance alone The Lox was murdering them

Jeff and Ant:

early. All right, cuz I know we're gonna go like, like, he might not mentioned it, but I know you're probably thinking that a whole rocky Drago Apollo Creed thing where drugs is like basically beat and shit out of them. And like there was nothing they can do any dies. Like I didn't think of that. As a story. I think the guy's name is I'm gonna google it right now. I think the guy's name is Cleveland. Wait, right. He got Mohamed Ali fought before the fight itself. Like when you're doing away in Cleveland Indians kept calling him clay he had converted to Islam became Muhammad Ali. Muhammad could have took this guy a long time ago. Right? Like, like, you could have smoked him in the first round. But what he did for like the rest of the fight that he kept hitting him kept saying, What's my name? What's my name? What's my name? My name like he like he showed him mercy. Right? The locks didn't show them mercy at all. They can't but they might. But it was doing that it was like busy hit him like Yo, like, just stop not hit him again. Again, again, like you still gonna keep fighting. Alright, and they drag. They drag that to performance because like after they want it. They went up there with a chip on their shoulder, especially jayda. Jade has been historically known as one of the most underrated rappers of all time. And he went up on stage and he proved You know, he went up there like Yo, we do this. You know how Carmelo when he first came to the Knicks and he hit that game when he shot he looked over the other side's bench and he said yo I do this Don't forget this is what I do. And that's what the latch was up there proven that yo we do this and we've been doing this so okay, I have a two nine locks. Then they went to the next song locks played started something featuring DMX DMX song so you know any DMX song that they played? And I told you to have a lot of them and ain't even play all the songs. So the play started something dipset played suck it enough. I had like, I had lots of winning three oh after that point, right and I had dip up to one. Okay, like, like, like I fuck with touching them that like I just hear the shit. is one thing performance from going up performance? Your scorecard is 100% true. If I'm going off here and it is true or not, but like it's how I like, because the moment I did the vertical it made you feel or whatever, right? So when I drove into work, I like Alright, I'm gonna play this shit and I'm listening to it during the day, some of the fourth like, I like these big shifts better. Okay, when I'm watching film like nah, y'all are dead. Right? So then the next one was mighty D block, mighty mighty D block, which I forgotten about. They have a whole catalogue of just D block shit. I hate that song. That's another thing people forget about the lock. They got a whole dipset whole D block catalog. They have a whole sheet of bad boy shit. They have a whole roughrider catalog. They have a whole album with Wu Tang that they didn't even play any songs from. So by that point, I had an in depth set followed up with Santana's tab, which is a nice song I had a lot. I had the blackout for nine right now I get a deep lock to even though I hate that song. Like I said we're great in the room and I like Santana song better I'm like y'all you're not performing this shit to my standard Oh, it was mumbling it was messing up the words at some point they were saying like the the song is playing and they're singing a different verse than what the song was playing. I'm like all right, they're not even in sync with the song. Okay, then the locks came out with those who shot you freestyle off the big which which which ended the entire thing at that point no matter what dip said did you did your dad so dips I came back with get them girls and live my life but actually play two songs. But right at the emphasis but it doesn't matter. Like which which would they did that a lot. And I thought that was another mistake by dipset because it was wasting songs by doing that. Exactly a few rounds where they did that they would play half of a song and then split it. And I was texting him like Yo, why are they playing multiple songs? They would just play a song half of it and then play another song right after that. And I'm like, I they're wasting two songs. And I think part of it is just like because of the time constraints like we got to get going. Yeah, yeah, but I think that's partly based on the time at the beginning. And you get a moment where JD just has a moment like he's doing a free house, which I've heard plenty of times in the past but everyone in the crowd is completely controlled by it. It was jumped and beat they will stop the beat and let jayda just go off and just remind people that this guy is legit. He's one of the best rappers of all time. And I don't care what shocked you because then kill you like I heard that was a part what was the part where he where he was like, you will ask you a vagina. Both neighbors I forgot what that line is. I have me tripping. He said he's a dick y'all pussy y'all name today. So at that point, I have the locks of five oh, then the locks played Reservoir Dogs and blood pressure here. So they play two songs. That's a Jay Z song. Right? We're one of our dogs. Yeah, yeah, so they played that which is tough and then dipset play pull it 357 in the rock.

Anthony:

Good. I gave that dipset which is really weird because really, I think I gave it I think I gave that to dipset and the

Jeff and Ant:

reason why like because Reservoir Dogs and don't touch it because jayda did that in his last thing so I knew how this is gonna go like I heard that for whatever but like the 357 the classic justify the classic I get that but again dipset wasted three songs that they could have used in other rounds. Okay, so I had the locks of five one then then the locks came with 24 hours to live that's a may song It has DMX in it and has the locks in it you know I was gonna give that there was nothing that dips I was gonna play that was gonna beat that for me the diffs that came out and they played a bunch of songs they played jesup feature and Max B Harlem Berg gang money purple city and you know, there wasn't enough in the things that you could have spaced them out like we were talking about before I said there are certain songs where you just got to drop these guys take it out. This was one of them all of our adventures and one of them like that right? That's what I'm putting like some throwaway bullets just give them that save your bullets for later right? Like five songs like that and they tell me they love that round so I have lots of six one next song The last play was chest to chest freestyle was a freestyle and dipset play that bought about a shoe which was a masterpiece all right Hmm. And I did like I said I have personal feelings on it I think your foot what the locks played right? I think waiting is good beat up to that that song was brought back memories will actually come on like yo somebody's getting thump right and I don't know like bad about it to me. It's not even a no this is a New York Hall versus Yonkers battling bada bada boom is a South song. Like the whole sound of it is a South song. So I gave that to the locks. Seven one what what did you have? So with that, seven wonderful, so I had it. What am I playing with the six to 16 dips. Okay, but then the lock then the last play dope money. Then dipset played Welcome to New York City. I gave that one to dipset Welcome to New York. But lots of like, Okay, you got a new york song. So do we. So they came out with New York, the jaw Russia with Fat Joe, right. So, New York, New York. So gay, round nine to dip so that's seven, two, right? And you gain Alright, so I'm at seven, two and then around 10 after after New York. And then dipset played certified gangsters. I gave that to the lock so I had locks up eight two. Yeah, there's a whole thing like they played New York New York then style did locked up. I'm like, well, you're not winning that one you can write like, certified gangsters goes on but like said, that's where you put a hall and shit at Burger King. Whatever the yo throw that away like you're not doing that new york new york against them in that building against that. Oh, yeah, yeah, because lots played New York, New York and locked up. Don't let me out yesterday play two songs. So that that's why you went in that round. Right? Okay. Then the lights came out with no ideas original freestyle and dipset came out when we fly. Rolling again, as Rob said, stay flat. stay flat. So I gave that to eight. I had a three locks at that time. Right. And I had it Yeah, I give that to them too. So you had the same score? 838 if we did, by the way, okay. 12 ever gets interesting. write that check it out. Because this that made it started making a comeback at the end and I was telling you like Yo, there's a lot of songs that the lock thing even playing so check it then the locks played all about the Benjamins. There was nothing that dipset could play that was gonna beat that. They played all about the Benjamins baby. And dipset played the dipset anthem, which is a dope song. But you're not being the Benjamins. I believe in my heart of hearts. You could if that song was mastered and they actually performed the ship in that building. You can because everyone's heard the Benjamins so much. And it's a great fuckin song. Could dipset have beat it? Yeah, actually actually gave the poem to the locks which I shouldn't have. So now it's April is April or dipset. But I'm like actually just give them dips at anything because that's the one why the Why would you put that against that? Like save that like, it's a guaranteed winner later on? Like I like like next Friday, like you get around 13 right below, but yeah, so the Benjamins right? Right? cam goes ahead and ask jado Why are you rapping Diddy's part on all about the Benjamins JD goes because I wrote it I don't think you live because I wrote it I wrote the lyrics to the song so he right so then they go to the next song is while out plays while out wow dipset plays Killa cam I gave that one to the lock so I have a 10 three locks at that point. Right and I got it to get a 10 through locks I got a nine foot check because it gives a really killer cams nice but you can play while out like art I know. I know I can play I can play some of my ambient sound like I can play some other shit like he picked the killer cams on it like until like a week but it's not shaking me cam was the MVP of dipset to me if it wasn't for cam he saved the ass yo he would have they would have had like one or two points throughout the entire ship if that date it doesn't matter the point I was saying I don't Yeah, okay, so then while I was in then they go kiss your ass goodbye. That's what locks play and dipset played salute and 848 two songs not good enough. Not good enough. I know I actually gave that what I actually gave that one of dipset and I don't want to lock them

Anthony:

in it Yeah, I had a 10 for at that point. Then they play the large played felony felony and words you want to say the name of that title felony niggas is fine and then dipset played oh boy and hey my my game that one so the gate letter I get a dip so it's 10 five did for me right but today is 10 five blocks because in jewels had to say something Don't you like oh yeah I got no go record

Unknown:

we're gonna get to that later we

Anthony:

go no no happy the very next round like Why don't you say that? Oh yes, yes,

Jeff and Ant:

you're right. Because cam goes ahead and says you know you guys have no girl songs and then the locks and that's why I tell you the DJ was an integral part because he was ready the mind go Oh, we don't got no girl songs. They played five girl songs in a row. They played right a die bitch. I need to run out of God because they played honey. They play Jenny from the block which I forgot they were even on that saw with JLo Yes, they play family affair. They played good love and knock yourself out which one was the one where when Mariah Carey? They played a song with Mariah Carey honey That's funny. Yeah all the money in the world couldn't even amount to a teaspoon 100 and melt your mouth and then they run off with Knock Knock yourself out jayda shit and I came you know just play summer with Miami obviously I had the locks winning that round but then but then that's when I stopped counting because I got crazy I got lost I'm like okay, now they're playing five six songs in a row you know I didn't know what they were just stopping there cuz number they paused it the guy and you know the venue was like yo, you guys are up you know your time is up plus they had all these guys on the stage like y'all was getting starting to get rowdy you got to get some of these guys on and they wasted like a good 20 minutes just trying to get people off the stage and try to figure out and they gave him like an extra half hour or an extra hour to keep going but at that point, I had it like 11 to five locks. And then I think I stopped counting at that point. Right and I like to lock them in that browser. 10 six dip, right? Yeah, so 17 was styles I get high versus good times right mix with I got five and dipset played Santana, Maria Maria. And I was like, Nah, that's not it. I like I get hired as a classical, right. Do you know what that this is a very weird thing. Casey has pretty much been the MVP versus phase two outcome. Yep. And not one single time. Not one time. Have they played Why? They've never played his biggest hit? That's what I'm saying. Yeah, there was a lot of hits that they didn't play. Then they go check us out and they go after that they go world war three and to offer the love plus warfighters anthem remix, which they should have played earlier. Get at me dog they play you make sure and last day, and then gypset only came back with one song down and out under the Kanye shit we can run. Which I gave him that was a dope song but you're not being ruff. ryders anthem and get out of dog. But that's the whole thing that I'm on get at me though. is basically she doing the hook on Rough Riders. And you're right. Yeah, but you gotta jump to the remix. Like I got to hook to the other shit. Right? And like sit down and that was something they should have played earlier. That's why I think You're overthinking it You're overthinking it like well technically this is not their fault because you know yo which has the best who has the best song at the end of the day and then at the end they finished it with the dip that the end of last week just bragging about how they beat him there was almost fighting who was the jewels was kicking one of them yeah, whatever it was, and it was like he started getting rowdy they had to like tell the fans like you know slow down because cam started talking shit about yo I got guns right he was talking some wild shit like cameras cameras trying to freestyle he'd started booming I'm like yo give him I was like yo that's wild from New York to be born at that point. Jade especially was just cocky they but he had it in the bag. It was just talking hellish and they just started playing man song they played the champions here intro the Mohamad are the champions here he play made you look money power respect money power respect what you need a lot they play by your side come through Put your hands up blackout and we're gonna make it we go make a play all the songs in a row and then the last song that the locks that the dipset played was I really mean it I really I'm still given that to do you see but you wallet I'm not what like I said when you hear on the playlist of songs play different and I build into play different because like I said it didn't seem like Dixit had in addition together which was just shocking because like y'all been talking about this for weeks and you're not prepared. You can't You can't come to the fight you're not prepared that shit hurts. And I mean, I mean you're going to get your job so if you're gonna laugh at it you should you really should because like I said, Oh like all these things like they're they're all were attractions like camera like he just came in from fucking Florida. dwells had on every name brand known to man. Yeah, like three coats five bandanas? Eight Oh, necklaces. Yo. Yo, they said you wells looked at like the dude from Sega from a living color. When when Damon Wayans was playing that bum? bum? Oh my god, he actually looks just like, cuz Yeah, man. Yeah. It's mad hot. You got mad layers on like, you got a hat with a bandana on the hat. like, yo, can I start multiple jackets but underneath each other. So I stopped counting at 11 six locks. But ultimately, if I count all them other songs at the end, which I thought the show was over, but they just kept playing music. For me, it would easily be 19 to six locks. I mean, wait, 14 to six, I'm tripping. There's only 20 rounds. So 14 to six locks would be my ultimate school.

Anthony:

And I say I probably had a product dip 13 seven. But like I said, it's not a preference battle. I think if you like I said, if you're listening to it in your car, or listen to in your headphones,

Jeff and Ant:

doesn't do justice. Yeah, you got to watch it. But in there, and when you're watching it, and you seeing how they're controlling the crowd, right? They would walk through that bit, it was two guys who were there. Ready performing. They were here to put on a show decides like, this is like Yo, I haven't seen you in a while. Let's go out here and do this. Like they just like, like, I haven't seen you in months so I can talk to you, whatever. Let's go ahead and do this. But you know, it's not a whole putting the band back together. You can't do that when you've got you going up against them. Like you've got to be prepared. It's the same exact mistake that fab did going against data. You can't just come on here just like the little swaggy thing like no, you know who your opponent is you probably should prepare accordingly. They did not do that which fucked the whole thing up. It didn't make it terrible but it was still enjoyable right but the whole fact that they got to that point and they didn't do what they were supposed to do and everybody and everybody was waiting could this match up when when when versus first started I was wanting to people and see almost the lockers addicted New York versus New York let's go let's get it Yeah, let's play versus three. You know, I'm saying you know, the they both teams have six letters in their name the locks dipset like it was just a matchup. Like, it was one of the moments where you didn't really need for us to get it like Yo, we don't get a hype man in New York. We got this right like like like you just there you have maximum stage like The Doors behind you they can't save you bake you can try to they can't save you the people out in the audience we can get this done if y'all can control them and move them and get shit cracking, which they should have they probably had a better better chance but you have to learn to respect the locks elected their catalog they're one of the only few rec cruisers out there left with a like they still together and the finish it is at the end. They would like they announced that they're going on tour together I was like how are they going to coexist because they almost went to blows up on me know what it is it's never been whenever there's some some crew beef is never between the two crews is always the ones behind them that he did right by us to try to get the people on the stage. They like doing it. We're good like we good like we we've been doing it for 20 plus years. We respect each other is all the extra stuff we got going on with it. The bad part is that they they're not really torn up here because they're going to be vim blue locks dipset and state property. I'm like yeah, I will see that you make it's not like soft tools, which is super strange, but hopefully they expand it and become a mouse. Okay, can I tell you what some of the people online are saying? Absolutely. Alright, so Pam, aka vice at no time for fake ones on Twitter. She says I watched the locks versus dipset versus and that was a straight massacre dipset didn't even show up the lock slaughtered their whole catalogue. The Wild shit talking was everything side No, I actually like dipset so I'm not just a dipset hater. The locks just superior. Okay, and they share the same sentiment and it's not even about the song I obviously I say the locks have a better catalog song for song, but it's everything else the performance you know, the fact that they were actually wrapping this shit over the instrumental you know, I mean, they weren't lip synching to everything. Okay, now check us out on Twitter. At Richard underscore l underscore 100. He goes locks rehearsed. Did soundcheck had a whole plan? Yeah, diplomats thought they had it. They didn't. Your fax, Facebook. before you say anything. It comes just like this. If NAS and Jay Z went up there, right. Could I know that your dream matchup? Right. Right. If NAS came up so so prepared, indeed Jay Z became fully prepared Jay's going to smoke it. I mean, I think but I think by now be able to come on here and tell you, you know I love NAS but I could be able to tell you like look Yeah, he got it was the other way. If Jay was coming, like I got hit, I got this. I got that we in New York. We're good. And now it's coming. They're fully prepared now it's probably gonna smoke him. The thing is that you got to know the caliber of the person that you're dealing with. But when you're going to get to certain artists, some RSU can't go there and play with nj does one of them. period to try to argue against it doesn't make a whole lot of sense because he proved it twice already. Like I this is what I do on Facebook. Jonathan brevan goes NYPD just arrested jaida kids for killing dipset Harlem dude showed up like it was a lip synching fashion show. That's the bad part. It wasn't like their fashion was even that swaggy like Yo, this is fire like it's not like y'all so that's the whole thing u haul are you supposed to be the flashy fly fluffy dude. I'm like, Look basically shit you're not I mean, outside of your like 80 change you weren't done about this shit screen call him like y'all don't look fly on the cool you're just like a bunch of rap dudes up there the likes of like, a bunch of rappers but they're like, No, we from Yonkers. We really rough. This what we do shows in Tim's chiltington This is how we roll. I'm surprised anybody come up with some slides on that one point jayda was like, the more fuckers don't know what Grammys looked like they know what grams look like we got Grammys. Like Yeah, he was just killing them up there. Yo, they're the only rap group now that has the long procedures career where they stuck through this entire time because they know exactly who they are. Everybody knows their role. Everybody plays a part. But they've been together so long. It's like if like if 1000s rappers and shit no hidden little bit like you know like his parking little bit low and breastbone. We got your step right it just wasn't prepared at all like when a girl said that they don't have any lady records and then locks go really and go ahead and play five. Hey, I'm

Anthony:

like Lady records in a roll. Yo, they played a solo Mariah they got a song with JLo like yo who you talking to? Yes

Jeff and Ant:

We they play five songs in a row that were all lady songs he and they were all hits I thought the battle was over right then in there. Now that battle data took them my band full control the whole crowd like y'all don't got nobody on your team that can do this shit right here right now just like that. Nobody but once I saw that shouldn't run forever like this is over. Like just the same fun no more like y'all like y'all gotta fight back but y'all can't beat them tonight. On the best night it's better I think it's a hell of a lot closer but on one group having their best night and the other one having their worst night you're gonna lose like I said, just because of the way I scored it doesn't necessarily mean I agree with everything that was there I think just performance wise everything you gained off the bat it would work because it was so cohesive. That deja was one that I don't even know that's the whole thing I now know the name of technique the DJ I don't even know the name of DJ cuz I don't know who the fuck he was. Right who it is negative mass personal He's just pressing play in a wreck and call it a day like this ain't it man y'all lost sorry. Take this out, go home with it and just do this forever. Enjoy the tour. Yo, shout out to the 36 chambers chat group on Twitter TT on that group said Jake is one of the verses that she was hilarious and revolt the records responded nobody who watched that can possibly think dipset one. Oh my man Anthony can think No, no, no, no de Rosa, for anybody watching that. Right? Right, right. Yeah, watching that year. But if I'm playing if I'm just looking into it now, I get it right. It's a whole different field. And let's say the locks were able to replicate the feeling in the building dips they couldn't and that's why they got crushed. Oh, my cousin Mike dog who you know haven't even heard from in months. He randomly texted me Yo, I'm like, Damn, what happened? I felt I felt like you know, something happened in the family. What's going on man, man? No, I'm saying when you don't hear from somebody for months and you get a random text from you probably you know, right away. You think the worst like oh, somebody said somebody got COVID somebody died. You know what happened? He goes Yo, he was like, Oh, the battle on my OSHA. He was like lmft Oh, he was like Edward I'm upset dipset got stomped out Ah, Mo things if I exclude a while into some major don't don't text me call me call me right away that isn't going right. Don't text me some boy he just randomly say Yo, when I'm like I'll respond to me it was going on he was like yo dipset got stomped out bad too. And I was like that was the vibe that was like the lock when you let off or fuck you you move right off the rip like we're not playing or games which are not not doing this shit with y'all tonight we respect y'all but it's gonna be a battle it's gonna be a battle that's exactly what it was. didn't have the energy All night All night like on trying to bring it was cam and cam from the gentleman even wanted to beat him like Yo, y'all get to my ship play my shit outside of that y'all. Y'all handle this? Yo, so I don't know if you saw this meme that was going around like a day or two after the battle and they almost caught me with this because the headline was rapper j to kiss arrested a murder charge. I was like, You gotta be kidding me. Really? And then it goes j to kiss whose real name is Jason Phillips was one of three who murdered dipset said Detective Sergeant Joseph. He said the locks are charged with criminal possession of a weapon because a loaded microphone was found at Madison Square Garden and some Harlem residents became the victims to it by a comedian, but yo but before they did they deserve to give these jokes. There's no other way. like Yo, if you're if you're performing decently and wouldn't beat us mean y'all didn't do got into your part. You're now your boss, the Bron James came out and called Jay to kiss the most underrated hip hop artists of all time. By the way, ever since this, Jay, this stock has gone sky high. Like his stock is at the highest has ever been. They have a Pokemon card or jado Kids Pokemon cards. Did you see this? No, there's lots rapidgator kiss you know, you know how the Pokemon cards look and have like a animated picture of him. It says 120 hp. One of his moves is kiss of death. So it's really hard all energy card attached to data case after using this attack is 100. And then there's other movers Aha, and it's 30. Oh, yo, they have? Oh, did you own Have you heard about this? The locks got the key to the city. Yeah, they have a spouse p accepted the key to the city in Yonkers on behalf of the locks. And then congressman Jamal Bowman said oh from Harlem while they gotta do dipset like that. During the press conference, they got the key to the city, yo. And if they didn't get it, they get like I said, checking picking up JDK stock going up. Let me give you some numbers. JDK streams have increased over 200%, after the vs against dipset. Five of his projects are now on the apple top 200 hip hop charts. like Yo, obviously, you know, people that watch this, they remind that, you know, they got reminded of how nice he is. But people should have been known how nice jaida was, you know, I'm saying not really, that's not the point of versus like, it's like, ever since versus study, you really haven't seen any new acts. You haven't seen I don't know. Like, like, like little baby versus rowdy rich, something like that. You haven't seen that. It's bringing these people out, you know, experiencing and catalogs all over again, seeing that they still got it they can perform. They haven't lost anything. Like they're important to hip hop. But like I said, That's why your cousin hit you up out of the blue because it wasn't just it wasn't like it wasn't like you know, just some some random hip hop thing like it's the moment like you get two of the greatest groups in New York history to perform live and Basquiat got in front of the people in front of on a stage and everything else like that. To make it enjoyable. Like I said, it's a year and a while even there. People tuning in people had to watch like this shit is amazing. Like, yo you're watching this show you watch this, it becomes a thing. I think this is probably the next iteration of versus I think you're going to see like more these performances like that. You're going to see guys going out on tour the catalog increasing because it's good for everybody. I also feel like this can scare people off because this one became confrontation. All the other verses we've seen was just like a collaboration like there wasn't really competing against each other. There was just In their catalog, you play a song, I'm playing a song, you know, I mean, it was all love. This was the first verses that was really confrontational, where, you know, it was trying to really go at each other. And that that might scare some people because they don't, they're not trying to, you know, go in there and come out, you know, technically the loser and that, you know, your stock goes down. I think I think guys are afraid of that. But I think it's probably the better thing that happened, because now you realize, like, we did this and now we know we need to tighten up the stages, we need to tighten up the time, we need to let the artists do whatever that they're going to do. And that you know, there's really not a winner or loser. The reason did last because like I said they weren't prepared to do if they were prepared. They think they should go up to but the truth of the matter is it think it should be more enticing to people. Like if you really want to do this. You can do this but come prepared, come with everything right sound check whatever. But like I said not not now it's not like you know, I'm in a different I'm in a different state you're in a different one a we're in like a studio and we're like no, we're here together in front of all these people. You have to come with it. If you don't get down to the cloud. I think it makes it better because the people is really serious about the people that really want to do it. They're gonna be down for it. Like they did it in front of a live audience with the bow one I'm like not nobody moves me here. But you're like r&b dude. Yeah, but that can work. Like if I don't know if he had like 10 carries did two random names that came my mind. Like y'all can do this but you don't have to perform in another half step and shit. I mean, if you want to, it's fine but the old principle of bad is you know yes, we put no love here so it kind of weeds things out like the people who really about this kosher and really about this life. There'll be ones like nope, sign me up next summer whoever Come on, like I want them to bring their energy I don't want them to be able to like just cashing the check like dip was I want you to really go ahead and perform for these people like they're paying to watch you do what you do best. If you're not gonna do it you can do best already paid a ticket there's nothing I could do about it. But I can climb you're absolutely wrong for not doing the job that I asked you to do. I try to get Mikey she on but he's still in one of his excursions, but he actually called me and left me a voicemail which I'll play now for younger man. Let me go ahead and do what he had to say.

Mikey:

Oh, hey, guys. It's Maggie. She the last unofficial third member of the podcast. I'm calling in from the fields for my adventures to report on the locks versus dipset versus I call them the diplomats cuz I'm fancy I'm old school about this. So I don't know, man. I thought it was white. And I also came into it. I love locks. I mean, they've got jayda Styles P chic. They have individual catalogs that are sick. They have group catalog. That's ridiculous. And I just like them better. They're better wrappers if we're going in style points to diplomats. Yes, they have their pug bunny outfits. They have their belt buckles and they're very cute. But here's my three points for the vs battle one have a booking setlist like practice a little bit the locks had shit dial they have their things like ramped up so that all the best songs with the right times it's that was just flopping around. They had no cut their banter was terrible when they were talking to each other. It felt sloppy to the props that dipset flashed the diplomats had on stage cat they were just it was boring. It was like childish Come on. Even Cameron knew that they were losing when he started kicking Styles P i love that but they brought up the thing. And I don't know I know Anthony be mad at this. And I respect your opinion almost all the time. But I know that you're sitting there in your little matching Bugs Bunny outfit with your pink camera and a fuzzy hat on standing in front of your Lamborghini that's painted bright pink, but not black swan box took it hard and they take it every time even an individual jdks could have taken it on his own. That's all I got to say. Love you guys practicing

Jeff:

that's what Mikey she said. Five bitch fuck off mopod I wear I wear pink right now

Anthony:

I'm wearing I'm wearing a fucking de la fucking trapcode theory shirt. wearing a pink shirt that people can vote you five bucks. So come back over here. Leave a little blurbs and then you come back when I when I feel like it when I feel like it. But yeah, I'm gonna get off this.

Jeff:

Nas King disease two he dropped. We were all waiting for Kanye to drop Donda which noop never did but what he did do was he did the little concert right or was it Thursday night? Alright, maybe a little concert? I played like 20 songs or whatever it was. I shut up. Look, if you're not gonna put the album out, yo, just call like, yo, stop using the audience as like a test.

Anthony:

No, yo, yo, it's not it's not a fucking survey, man. Like I love you. But I get tired of that. Like you did it twice. Like are you going to do it again and like play the same song right? To see what you're going to feel? It's your album you do what you want. If you want to put 20 tracks out put 20 if you want to put 12 I'll put 12 but you stopped letting the people try to figure it out for you. You were supposed to be this genius. While we love you You are Kanye West. You do amazing things with music. All this we're gonna we're gonna have this again. We're gonna open up the fuck he gotta hurry up because football star he can't they gonna kick his ass stadium like you can clean this up. Get the hell out of here. But take this to Wyoming where the fuck you at yo season about to start preseason kicking off? You got to go. So what he did was he played like 20 something songs right. And he has a song with a what's his name Jay Electronica, which everybody loves that song in the locks. Right?

Jeff:

But the G electronic song like 11 minutes like 11 minute song. Yeah, I really can't sit and listen to that. He got the song with Jay. What a lot of people doing what they did was they recorded that shit, right? They reported that they recorded the concert and and they put it out the audio. And if you want to go on my Twitter, courtesy of revolt records, he made the playlist he made basically the album just off the recording of the shit you know, so it's not going to be the best quality. You might hear some clapping or some whatever. But I posted it up. It's on my Twitter. And you can you know you can basically listen to the album if those are the songs that are going to be on it. You know, this is basically just based off what he played. The weekend dropped the song called Take My Breath. A little Wayne dropped a song called lose which I didn't like at all. Oh Tyler the creator dropped the new album called Call me if you get lost you know how I feel about Thailand or Korea, not my cup of tea, but he tweeted Call me if you get lost is available. Now somebody responded. Dropped Donda and then he said wait wrong guy My bad.

Anthony:

Like, you know, yeah, somebody made a Wikipedia page for Donda. It says Donda and in parentheses the album and then it goes. Donda is the fucking album that Kanye didn't drop because he lost his fans and he is holding Mike Dean hostage and he is also not a Christian. Yay, please drop it now. Donda has stopped the album. This is why cam left you Kanye Jesus Christ just released it. Then it says on the bottom Kanye ain't dropping go to sleep studio album by Kanye West released August 630 21.

Jeff and Ant:

I understand you saying that this is your project and I understand you're taking your time with it. I think that as a producer, you probably should put out the best possible work ever. Right? But I don't necessarily believe that you need to reveal your thought or your process behind it. Unless like some behind the scenes shit sometimes like that. Like, the great like, okay, the great producers that I know of, and I'm aware of don't they don't do a survey, either either visit or it's not. But it's been all the time in the studio working on or working on or working on. And the whole thing is that you get it when it's finished. I was completely unaware about King disease two when I saw a pop up, I'm like, Yeah, well, that's actually yeah, it threw me off because I'm like, Is this like some throwaways or something else like that? It 1,000% was not. But like I said they got they got everything done. They got the process done. There wasn't like, like mixing it and so on so forth. And this was like was pissing me off. But the whole Jay Z thing. Like, people love that verse. I'm like, you know, this is me. This is not like, give me like, yeah, like it's mad. everage It's like, it's not great people like Oh, right, right, right. It's not like you played it might not you but he's played it every single time he's been there. Like I said, if it mattered that much. I'm thinking JS verse first and getting that clear sorted out massive cleaned up. I'm not waiting to the day of my event him to throw it on and I gotta mix this shit real quick like I'm trying to feel through this process it's difficult with Kanye because I'm like, you don't got to understand you being open to things and being more revealing. But this is something personal especially like to get titled in the album after your mother it's something that you really want to put your all into for him to keep pushing shit back and like it become the same Oh yeah, and this is the new year because now you only create more pressure because once she'd come out It better be fire. We go into this for weeks now. This shit better be I better be lighter of these 20 tracks I can fuck with 18 of them easier though some of the shit away but now he just increase it for you see how mad fans aren't they saying you're like man, you ain't no Christian fuck you like the really got to go through this year it does. But it doesn't really have to because it's like, if you just took your time to stay away, do what you had to do. Focus on your craft, you're good. But he did this with the last albums. I don't know if he wants to be a performance artist or he wants to be a rapper. He wanted to be something but now you can put this pressure on you you've got to take as much time as you can afford to kick you out to Georgia Dome and go ahead and get the shit right because now everybody waiting on you need the only guy we left come on with it. And let's talk about this nozzle because right now i mean you know obviously I'm a little biased because you know how I feel about NAS but if I'm being objective, I feel like this is so today the best album of the year up there with the DMX album and with the debut album The new NAS kings as these two were hit boy produced by head boy now let's go over the tracklisting first song is the pressure second song is death row East dope track he talks about his beef with pack he talks about should night talks about the whole East Coast West Coast rivalry going on back then. I think that's a very good next song is 40 side go. Fourth song. This is the song when I saw who was featured. I texted you right away I was tripping. It's called epmd two which is a remix from an EP and deep song and the song is featuring epmd and m&m you know I've been waiting for an m&m and NAS collaboration for so many years The song was it's a dope song you know you know what you're gonna get from NAS you know what you're going to get from from m&m you know he's going to do his rapidly rap rap shit is his you know his lyrical miracle shit. The song is underwhelming This is not you know what you expect when you I want to NAS and m&m just them to I don't want nobody else on the track. I want them just going bar for bar. So that song was what it was rare is a dope song. That's the next song. There's a music video. There's an official video to that song. I like I like like, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's almost like a trappy. Right? Yeah, it's like a golden stops metric. And I was like, Yeah, yes. Next song was why KTV feature and Boogie with the hoodie. Yeah. Right. But but but 789 is where it really stands. Yes. To me, to me. thorens. And then his moments, then is my favorite song of the shit. Nobody featuring Miss Lauryn Hill. You know, I was tripping when I saw it. Actually. I texted you right away. I was like, yo, and I think you were sleeping. There was already late night when I saw the listing. I was like, yo, he has a Lauryn Hill feature. And right away, I'm thinking okay, either he took a old sample from her and use that as a hook or She's literally doing the hook. So when I listened to it Friday morning, I woke up six in the morning, I put it on, and he does the first two verses. There's a hook but it's not her. I'm like, okay, so she's not on the hook. What is she doing? She has the whole third verse and she's spinning spin. I was tripping. I was like y'all we got Lauren back, yo. And the verse that stood out for me was she goes, my awareness like Kiana when the matrix I'm saving souls and you're complaining about my lateness unless you said, nowadays, whatever, whatever but that was that was I was Shut up. Shut up, hold up, just all you got to do. Are you gonna play

Unknown:

them now? They put the words on me, and they can eat them down. That's probably why they keep on telling me I'm leading now. They tried to say what they want from me. I've been through many years living to uncomfortably make it home for people who didn't like the labor of the spoils greedy selfish behavior. And let me give it to you balanced and with clarity. I don't mean to turn myself into a parent for popularity, they clearly didn't understand when I said I get out apparently, my awareness like Keanu in the matrix, I'm saving souls and you're complaining about my ego for someone to walk in greatness. They want to think they want the strength but they don't take risks. anointed can pursue their own direction. And if you're wrong and you're too proud to hear correction, walk into the hole, you dug yourself back up projection. Taking all my land back. It gets me thinking I just stand back back on my legs, but I got my hands back. A lot of people sabotage they couldn't stand that. turn the other cheek. That's a bore of the flow. There's so much crisis in the world because you reap what you sow. When you keep what you know is meant for someone else. Did you dig But then you might just end up in yourself. I'm in the secret place. I keep a sacred space. They keep showing their hands but keep hiding their face. If I'm the messenger you block me to you block the message. so aggressive the world's maze what you're left with pride and ego over love and truth. y'all niggas got it.

Jeff:

Miss Lauryn Hill is back and I don't care that people don't mess with her. I don't know if they're sexist or Marchesa. Yeah, there's no note I in the pride paper. That concert showed up two hours late. She said I'm saving souls and you're worried about my lateness.

Anthony:

Nick, I pay for this. Yeah, yeah. But yeah, let's keep it a buck. That was a tough verse. It is what she does is what you certain rappers when they jump on certain shit. You expect them to do what they're supposed to do. Right? So we're talking about m&m, like, I like this verse. But again, my whole thing with him is that he still has that rap gotcha to him.

Jeff and Ant:

Right that fast he is now that's all he is. Right. But the whole thing is that when he slows it down, you get the intricacies of what he's doing. Like, like, it felt like he rolled out of bed did diverse loosened like, well, that's fine. We don't need to do none of that. And that's cool. What Lauren is like, you haven't heard her in so long. And he's like, you got to realize like, I'm extremely good at this thing here. I don't do it often, but when I want to, maybe I can really fuck with me but she's so self aware. So self confident about it. I don't got to put the shit out all the time. I don't got to jump on everybody shit. But that's, that's her friend, their labor mates. They've known each other for what? 20 plus years. They're both one on Columbia together, you know, for a very long time. They can't help themselves. But to have that verse from her at that point. You're getting Lauryn Hill. You're not getting, you know, miseducation. lonehill. It sounds like nappy has Lauryn Hill. It sounds like the score alone, though. The one that can really teach you Ritu spit some shit out because that's what she does. So you can't really be mad about what happened. Or complain about why don't get this loan. What I hope more than anything else. This is a lead into an album from her. Because we haven't heard from her in such a long time. And she's given us just a little glimpse of what she is who I can

Anthony:

imagine the future though. But check it going back to the m&m verse on the song with NAS, because people were like really dissecting his lyrics and talking about that he was doing double, triple and quadruple entendres. So there's a gentleman by the name on he goes by Jimbo Jonestown. On Twitter. He dissect that he's a professor. I call them Professor Jim out of the UK. He dissected the ship because he thought he found quadruple linking toplet entendres on there. So let me let me let me let you hear what he was saying on on the on the matter.

Unknown:

Hey, Jeff, is Jim here and I'm about to talk you through and analyze a couple of Lyrics from THE m&m verse on the new NAS album on the track epmd to luik in particular that I'm looking at is going to be three Mali for summer key which reminds me of rap summer theme Samia peak always used to play the shit on all day so please call me Big Daddy. And lean on me. So some E which reminds me of rap summary mommy my theme song BMP always used to play that ish on repeat all day so please call me Big Daddy pasa got the cane and lean on me. Now there's six different ways you can interpret that particular chunk. The first one is pretty obvious it's a play on words you got big daddy came so you got please call me Big Daddy pasa got the cane. Second of all, you've got a cane which you would use to lean on because if you're using a cane you lean on it. So one if you're talking about cane and lean is a drugs reference because you're cocaine and then lean is in the purple drink. The fourth one, which is quite specific, is a reference to a Big Daddy Kane track, which was actually called rap summary. brackets lean on me and brackets. And we've got references to both of those titles in the verse. So summary which reminds me of rap summary, and ends up with plus I've got the cane and lean on me. Fifth, we've got the reference to Big Daddy, which is relating to the mummy reference a couple of lines before and six, which is a bit of a stretch for maybe not if you've heard the verse, you know, there's a lot of references to Christmas. And he's talking about Cain, so it could be candy cane fitting in with the Christmas thing. Okay, so I hope that helps. And thanks for having me on the analysis tip.

Jeff and Ant:

Yeah, and also somebody else on Twitter had said, um, you know, Biggie had the cane on the cup number one, Biggie had the cane. You can even throw that in there if you want to, if you want to really stretch it out. quadruple can toplet six Topeka. m&m has we know he is what he is. Nobody's going to do quadruple can tablet six tablet entendres. If anybody's going to do it, it's going to be em. But anyway, moving along. 10 song is and I do do from the UK. Yeah, he does a lot of drugs. Think that shit through gufram may got your high like, Yeah, but it was legit, though. Keep it a buck. legit, like you gotta get you gotta get feet a little bit and put your mind in that space and like, you're not really I wasn't really thinking about that until you brought it to my attention. And you're talking about Christmas time man. In cane is like cocaine, but that's like snow. Like there's also a cane and it could lean I was like, oh my god like if m&m really thought this through then you know yeah he's the goat. yeah give that to him. Okay they think it through is what you can't listen to his shit once you got to listen to at least like I know I missed something if he was like I said when he's doing his fast shit right we're talking about the versus like the whole cam thing like I don't hear the Scooby Dooby we do like I cool Shut the fuck up when we got here so I'm like he means this but he also means that and he also means that he's got to catch up. That's why M is who he is.

Jeff:

Let me finish the track listing number 10 no phony love featuring Charlie Wilson brunch on Sundays which is a dope song feature and be Alex St. Count me in composer featuring hit boy my Bible and NAS is good good overall solid album I think is the best album of the year so far this year on the on the source I give it about four and a half mics out of five four and a half mics on the source which was customarily when NAS used to get back in the days anywhere he was not getting less than the for when the source was out and to me

Anthony:

right away but that was a whole thing it was that because of what it is opposite because of who he is. It's such It was such a weird delineation. Like you don't want to give the greatest of all time like shitty marks because they're still doing their greatest of all time shit but is the rest of Simon like really? If you took that away like is it a good album like probably not but the thing that right like lifts all boats and this shit is always going to be nice because that's what he does. And like I said you're seeing a different one. I appreciate this more to him talking the whole no cryptocurrency blah blah blah like alright alright do we get it but like I said that's what I said that run between store store on memories and nobody that gap right there was like that's your classic nice like if you want to like if you if you don't want to go back to the old shit like what is the essence of NAS play those three songs in a row? Because right get it you get the storytelling the visualization you get the flow lyricism everything yeah, everything was there. I'm not dismissing the rest of the album The rest of the album is very good. Those three right there in succession like yeah, to me the fact that he managed to get a feature with m&m and he managed to get Lauryn Hill to come out of hiding. That's those two songs to me are worth the price of admission. But I let's move on man because I want to get into the ghetto word. You know word of the when this week's word is finna F phi n n A, which is basically means going or intending to go

Unknown:

for example, I'm going to go eat this food. I'm going to go to the park yo what you're going to do

Anthony:

I'm finna relax, fit in with FIFA, right that's I and then a according to urban dictionary, because fitting to just doesn't sound right. I'm fitting to take a job like not nothing I'm going to eat. I'm going to Yeah, it works is one of the things he's using a sentence and it just flows of course, or an urban dictionary basically means you're fixing to or normally means going to I'm going to go to the stove. Yeah, and I've been saying that since I was a kid I'm going to go to the stove. I'm finna ma about a lot of things fit works. Use that amongst friends don't use it at work like I'm going to take my lunch break like what the fuck do you think? I'm going to lunch? Yeah, I know your audience know you compatriots. But everybody says, everybody.

Jeff and Ant:

Before we head out before we go, I want to end this with segment of is that racist? Check this out. A gender test has been demanded for Christine Boma because they want to prove that she's a woman. I don't know if you heard about the story. I'll read it to you. Gender test has been demanded for 200 meter silver Olympic medalists because she ran too fast, says a former athlete and that former athlete is Polish athlete Marsan Arbus. He demanded that the Namibian sprinter Christine MOBA, who's only 18 go through a sex affirming test because he cannot believe that someone who can run her times is definitely a woman and check us out she only wants silver like she didn't even win gold so she went silver at the 200 meter sprint Tokyo. This week, she was narrowly beat into the gold medal by Jamaica, Elaine Thompson, who broke the world record for the women's 200 meters with a time of just 21 point 53 seconds, which was just point 28 seconds faster than Boma. Her impressive speeds have led us to question why she is better than him at the at that age. I would like to request a thorough test on mobile to find out if she definitely is a woman. Due to her high testosterone levels. Mobile is barred from competing and races between 400 meters and 1000 meters as per the Olympic rules. The testosterone advantages of boba over other participants and seen with her with the naked eye, blah, blah, blah, okay, check this out. Historically, we know scientifically historically, yes, African athletes have you know, for the most part have more testosterone. They're more physically superior. Faster. This is one of the reasons why I've always contested that the first humans on Earth were probably black. They're just superior beings. You can't fault her for having more testosterone and her anatomy, you know, her genes are just more superior than yours. That's not any fault of her own. Okay? If they want to make rules about people that have more testosterone and others, put them in separate races, okay, maybe is that racist though, that this guy wants this woman or this girl because she's only 18 checked because she didn't even win the gold, she came in silver, but because she's faster than him, and faster than most other runners, he wants her checked. I'm going to assume that the person who said this happens to be white, he's polish. okay for me, Joe white.

Anthony:

They can't look. It's always it's always athletics. It's always athletics that white people have a problem. It's always athletics. If we're bigger, stronger, faster, we got to be on something now. It's just called melanin broke.

Jeff and Ant:

But that's what I'm saying. Historically, blacks and if we talk about based on it, they all you know, Barry Bonds, Willie Mays, Jackie Robinson, Frank Robinson, you know, I mean, Hank, Aaron, these are the I just named you all the best players in the history of baseball, they're all black. We talk about basketball and the NBA. Colby Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul Jabbar killer now, it's black. It's a black dominated sport. You know, we talk about football, besides the quarterback position, which is predominantly always been a white position, as far as skill positions, where you need speed, athleticism, strength, running back wide receivers, tight ends, defensive positions, alignments, they're all black players. You know, I mean, the positions that require the most skills are historically all black players hockey, they don't really play hockey. And I mean, so yeah, I don't know if you know, and also, I'm gonna say this, and I may or may not get shit for this. I may, you know, obviously, I think that, yeah, blacks are just genetically more superior in certain aspects. But what about if, you know, all the hundreds of years of slavery have actually also allowed them to evolve, you know, into faster and stronger is that far fetched to think like that a little bit, because, you know, 500 years, 600 years of doing heavy lifting of doing all types of, you know, slave work, eventually, you're going to, if you will, if you believe in evolution, you're going to evolve to become stronger and faster. Just because for hundreds of years, that's what your ancestors were, you know, we're forced to do so physically, your body's gonna adapt. All the I say all these things to say that, yes, black athletes are generally and historically more superior than anybody else, for the most part. So for this gentleman to see this 18 year old girl, you know, running at the speeds that she can run. And then now he wants to check her, if she doesn't believe that she's a woman, he wants to make sure that she's really not a man. That's crazy. It is racist, but it's one of those things that I try to be very, and I mean, very particular about, because what happens is this, when you try to claim any kind of superiority, in any kind of facet, it becomes bias going to become, for instance, because what happens is that you say that black people are historically, genetically and evolutionary, physically, more capable than any other race, the moment you open that door, it opens up a door to a lot of other stuff, which demeans, and demoralizes, everybody, because when you're black, you're saying that you're bigger, stronger, and faster than the other people around you, the people who hold sway, who hold power, you know, financially, whatever it might be, they're only going to see you as leader, you're only gonna see as a worker, yeah. But if that happens, you're only going to be deemed as labor, you're always going to be deemed as the horse, you're never going to be able to go forward, they always see you as an animal, they all see you as a machine, you can lift this, you can run fast, you can move this and that. They're never going to take in your emotional aspect. They're never going to take into your most importantly, mental aspect. They're always going to think of you as that. They're saying, like, well, if you're better physically, that means we're better mentally. And because we're smarter, we can do this, and we can make things and we can make money and so forth. All you have is your physicality. And when become something like that, it becomes a dangerous and very slippery slope to kind of go down because you don't want people to be any less than what you are. You can be more than that. And understand that this is a very specific field and desert racer that he says so. Yeah, because we said that about this young lady. But for years, Russians were doping and they were winning medals. There was no complaints, they would have said that they were juicing that this made them better in this instance, but it doesn't, is that they had a tactical advantage. They just happen to have more drugs. That's it, but is it racist? Fuck Yeah. Because like I said, you can't demean and put anybody into a small segment of life or whatever it might be just because you feel it works for this one argument. No,
